I own an LG induction stove and have tried several different griddles from cheap to very expensive. I have gotten the best results from this Nija griddle. It has a nice weight and is very easy to clean. The Teflon surface also seems to be more durable. As far as price goes I would say it’s about mid priced. You can use it without adding butter or oil or you can use some if you prefer. I have tried it both ways with similar results. The reason for the 4 stars is for the following two reasons. First and most importantly you have to fully heat the griddle before adding any food. Secondly, because you are using a lower heat setting than gas you need to cook the French toast or pancakes a little longer than you are normally used to so the inside gets cooked and is not mushy. After a couple of times you’ll know when to remove the food.

Absolutely love this pan. Wish that I had purchased it a lot sooner and not wasted money on inferior ones. Nice even heat distribution and easy clean up. Lip just high enough to prevent making a mess all over the stove and extra height at handle location enables pick-up of anything that slides.

Ninja quality is hard to beat. We are replacing all of our cookware with Ninja Never Stick pans and this round griddle pan is what we needed. It cooks perfect pancakes, quesadillas, eggs, grilled cheese and paninis. It is a very heavy duty pan.

Best griddle pan ever. No Rust heats up evenly and no oil is needed to avoid things sticking while cooking.
