This thing is AH MA ZING! Best coffee pot I've ever had. So much better than using pods. Love the specialty concentrate option, the over ice and cold brew options too. Then the tea! To brew hot or cold tea as well is so awesome and the option to choose the type of tea. The scoop is super easy to follow for what size and type of brew you're making, whether coffee or tea. Very easy to use, user friendly. I never need to stop at a coffee shop again. Best purchase ever!

Makes perfect coffee every time. It has a scoop on the side of it that tells you how much to put in, a no brainer for when you wake up in the morning pre caffeine. Weve always cheaped out in the past with purchasing coffee makers around $35-50 and decided not to this go around. Glad we bought this Ninja. It has more potential than just coffee which I hadn't tried yet. You cannot go wrong and you will not be disappointed. No I do not work for Ninja.. I look forward to the great taste and simplicity of operation every morning.

This coffee maker is the best! Haven’t tried making tea with it yet but right out of the box I made cold brewed coffee since I’m an ice coffee fanatic! It works flawlessly. Now about the comments about the leaking problem, simple fix, do not remove the water tank from the coffee maker, just use a pitcher to fill it up. I’ve done this method numerous of times and no leaking. I hope this changes some of y’all’s minds because this coffee pot is worth every penny!

Great coffee maker has many features and multi purposes. Hot or cold coffee or tea its makes it all including with or without froth in your coffee. It's a great machine as it also has different settings for the strength of the coffee you prefer. What more could you ask for in a coffee maker that serves you piping hot coffee in just minutes.

I bought this coffee maker as a birthday gift for my wife but the whole family loves it. It's very versatile and easy to use. Coffee tastes fresh and great and we use the tea maker multiple times throughout each day. It's great for experimenting with multiple tea flavor combinations. we use the hot tea setting and let it drip into a glass filled with ice and it comes out perfect. The foaming attachment works well and helps give a professional presentation look.

This coffee maker does it all. It got my attention because of the Specialty Coffee Association approval, which goes a long way in my book. It's big, but man does it look good on the countertop! As long as you are using good coffee, and the recommended dosages, the coffee will come out amazing every time. I make at least two iced coffees with it every day and I keep coming back for me. Better and more consistent than your local coffee shop. Don't think, just buy it.
