The lid is somewhat hard to take off. The cleaning is very hard and the blades being so sharp makes that even harder to wash by hand. It crushes ice just like it's advertised and it works as well as they say. Just the cleaning difficult if you do not have a dishwasher.

This is not my first NINJA over the years. Now my new NINJA Kitchen System 72Oz blender has so many more uses. daily. Having my blender in a permanent spot on my counter helps this denture wearer eat like a NINJA.

This is perfect for decluttering your kitchen counter. I was able to replace 2 machines with this one and it does everything it says it does very well.

I purchased a nutribullet before I purchased the Ninja. Don't get me wrong the Ninja was great while it lasted. Maybe I have bad luck and got 1/1000 defective product but after two weeks the quality was horrible. The gasket broke and then the top was sealed tight to the point I had to go to Best Buy Male employees to see if they can unscrew it, I went to a weight trainer and they couldn't do it either. Can you imagine being in a rush and you choose to be healthy and this happens? I am a beginner so of course I went fast food!!! With the ninja I can make several smoothies as I could do with the Nutribullet, its faster, it's sturdier, and the quality is awesome!

This Ninja makes the best smoothies ever. It blends, ice, nuts, frozen fruit, granola bars, anything! And it is fast. Love that you can use the individual attachment then put on the lid and go. You will not regret purchasing this.

Great blender, great for everything from grinding meats, blending smoothies, to making salsa.

First of all the blender claims to be very powerful and it is. The downside to that is that it's very noisy. I'm not really complaining because it's not like one uses a blender for long time, I mean you use it for a minute or so and that's it. The single serve cups are what I really love about the ninja. They are really convenient to make a quik post workout shake or smoothie. Now to what I don't like about it. The large blender blades leave a lot to be desired. They really don't do a very good job at cutting up whatever you put in there. I bought the blender to replace my old one not to make smoothies. The blades are on a sort of stem and I feel it also needs a set of blades on the bottom of it like a conventional blender. I feel it's missing this because unless you're filling up at least half of the pitcher, it's doesn't do a very good job of blending. I really can't comment on the dough mixer because I haven't used it. The blender itself feels solid and I think will last. I just wish the pitcher was made out of glass not plastic.

This Ninja system works great. It has plenty of power to handle anything I have put in it. It has made a quick work of meal prep.

This is probably the best purchase I've made in a while!!! We love our Ninja!! It's so easy to use & we love the personal cups it comes with. It is worth the money and the best blender we've ever used!!!

This thing is killer. I could probably use this to blend an entire chicken...not that that would be good for anyone. Seriously though. It crushes ice, it blends oats and nuts to a smooth texture for smoothies, and is great for smoothies.

Super powerful machine. It can crush anything! Multiple jars and assemblies are made keeping use in mind. Really liking the product as of now.

Fantastic blender that came with everything we needed. Great quality with plenty of power.

Crushes the ice for my shakes, blends well and switches easily to multiply settings. Does not take up to much room on the counter and is easy clean up. The feet stick to the counter which is great no slipping.

I made the best shake with the Ninja. It is so easy to use and fantastic. I have not used ALL the options yet, however IF the others work just as great as the one I used this is one awesome product!

So far I love this multipurpose blender. Smoothies have become a daily item in this house and it is very easy to use. The only issue with this is storage as it is large.

It does its work, great at chopping, highly recommended.
