This product is very user friendly and light to use. My wife loves to use it everyday and it is very convenient to use and the docking area is awesome while charging it. Recommended this to every wife in a family.

Love this blender it’s the best one I’ve ever bought

Versatile blender with everything you need to process food, make smoothies or cookie dough, it’s capable of pulverizing large pieces into a purée unlike a conventional blender come with many attachments, cups and jar sizes but still affordable, my wife love it.

Not the best, not the worst, it's powerful and to the point. Wish there were a few more modes, wish it came with the food processor lid option. Common issue with these is that the base of the mixer container breaks which actually happened to me today and it's not even 1yr old yet. Actually purchased early December. Blender bottles could be bigger or have a lid that fully closes the drink.

Work perfect. I would recommend, and I have recommended.

I was reluctant at first to spend this kind of money on a blender/food processor, but had heard so many great things about the brand, and wanted something that would hold up to regular use. I decided to take the plunge, after all, you get what you pay for, right? Well, it was great for the first three months or so of use, even making smoothies 4-5 days a week. Then, I started noticing some fine, hairline cracks in both the blender and processor bowl. I should’ve said something then, but didn’t. Now, it’s less than one year since I purchased this and the processor bowl is completely cracked open and leaking brown liquid everywhere, and the blender bowl is not far behind. I took the screws out to take the bottom off and was horrified by what I found. I’m very upset that this pricey piece of equipment didn’t even make it a full year before I had to start throwing parts of it out. Ninja really needs to make glass bowls for their blenders if they are going to charge that much. Will not purchase again.

Works ok. Blender pitcher leaked after a few weeks, but was replaced under warranty. Blender pitcher started leaking again a few weeks after the year warranty was up. Motor is powerful and the other accessories still work fine (granted, I don't use them nearly as much).

Great blender. Treated myself to it. The only complaint I have is the blades. I feel like they should be placed securely in blender and processor so it doesn’t slip out so easily . Any accident and it easily flops out. I actually injured my hand with blades from the blender. The lid wasn’t securely closed and the blade slipped out from blender and cut my inside palm. Stings like crazy. Luckily I didn’t need stitches. Picture of injury posted.

For blending smoothies it's a little overkill but for solid objects (ice, frozen fruits, etc) it works flawless.

I love it, I can just make smoothies and prepare my food. recommended

Great powerful machine for all kinds of purpose. Used it to make smoothies, coffee, blend ice, hummus and even Indian chutneys and dips. The instructions on the manual says to keep the jar only in top shelf of dishwasher, but the jar is too long to fit there in a standard top shelf. Also, it makes a LOT of noise!
