My wife and I love this thing. We wanted to start eating healthier and this thing allows us to make noodles out of pretty much any vegetable.

Where can you get a food processor with so much power to do all the jobs you'll ever need for cooking. Just fabulous and highly recommend.

The spiralizer makes a very quick easy way to make pasta out of zuchinni for example. Makes spiral noodles like that great alternative to pasta.

The Ninja - Precision Processor is designed for power and ease of use. Those are my top two requirements. It has the kind of power that prevents bogging down and I tried items like potatoes and it spiralized the potato like it was cotton candy. This unit functions as a normal food processor making smoothies or chopping up nuts or even kneading bread (and comes with the kneading blade). But it also spiralizes. It comes with two spiralizing blades: Spaghetti and Fettuccini; you can buy additional blades. I did cucumbers, onions, potatoes and others. It really worked great. It turns them into coiled pieces and you can easily then make a cucumber salad etc. One thing my wife did was to spiralize a potato and then an onion and fried them up together and for us that was a meal and the taste was wonderful. I did notice that the construction makes it simple and intuitive to use this device. I have an old food processor and it has too many parts and doesn't work as well as this new design. Cleaning up was easy since there are no spots where food can hide in the various parts - nice. I would definitely recommend this if you are looking for a machine to make delicious smoothies or to make things like hashed brown potatoes and many other tasty items. It does come with instructions that are quite usable and a very nice recipe book.

I bought this specifically to make zoodles. And it works perfectly for that. I'm looking into the extra cutter disks now.

haven't done much besides food processing yet but this is a sweet little unit that seems powerful and well-designed

We already have a line up of Ninja products because we love the craftsmanship, aesthetics, and performance, but definitely wanted something in a smaller size that could get the job done without sacrificing. This precision processor does just that. When we first took everything out of the box it was a bit overwhelming because of the accessories and attachments. It seemed a bit much for such a small appliance and I couldn't really figure it out perfectly without reading the instructions. I am not one for reading instructions because I'm one of those people.... But after taking the time to do things right I was quite impressed and had my wife put this thru her full kitchen test. She immediately fell in love with it and says that it makes cooking that much easier and fun. The spiralizer was better than I expected as I have never used one and was quite skeptical at first. After placing some squash and cucumbers into the spiralizer I was excited to get a fresh and appetizing looking salad of vegatables. It was so easy, quick, and made it fun. We then chopped some fresh onions in the chopper attachment and did not shed one tear. Amazing! It has simple controls with only two buttons, Start/Stop and Pulse which need no explanation. It comes equipped with suction cups on the bottom to hold it in place while in use and is small enough to leave on the countertop if you so wish. It has multiple blade attachments for both the chop and spiralizer accessories. The chopper has an opening flip up to add liquids while chopping, blending, or pureeing which I have yet to use but am looking forward to this when I start my liquid fast. So excited to have something so convenient and practical to use for everyday in the kitchen. Definitely lives up to the Ninja standard and worth every penny....

Our old food processor has been on its last leg for a very long time...so I jumped at the chance to give this one a try when it came out. For starters, I have to say that I love the compact size! Typical food processors are big and bulky and take up a lot of real estate in the kitchen. This one you can easily tuck away in a small cabinet and quickly pull it out when you need it. Comes with 2 blades and the regular bowl and the spiralizer attachment as well. It may look small, but this thing definitely has a lot of power! We have used it so far to make some delicious salsa, chopped up some nuts for baking, and even to make some smoothies. Another thing I love about this is that you can use it to make dough. My girlfriend and I use it to make pizza dough and then we each make our own personal pizza. It makes just enough for 2 people to have like a 8-10" pizza..and it's SO much easier than getting out tons of mixing bowls. We have also used it to make small little loaves of bread too. I haven't come across anything that this did not have enough power for. The spiralizer attachment is also pretty cool. I don't know if we'd use it a lot, but it's cool to put vegetables in there and see how they come out. We tried it with a cucumber and a carrot and they come out looking like pasta instead of a vegetable. Im sure we will eventually find more uses for that attachment in the future. Cleanup couldn't be easier. The blades pop right out and just a quick rinse in the sink and you are good to go till the next time! You can even put them in the dishwasher to make things even easier. This was definitely a great buy for the kitchen. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a small food processor!

Great for salsa making, the spiralizer works great as well for pasta or spaghetti.
