I bought this to make smoothies and Frappe. This is perfect for what i need. It crushes the ice with no problems. It has a suction underneath so it will stay put when you turn it on. The lid is a little hassle to wash I thought. I wish the pitcher part of it is a thick glass instead of plastic. This is very tall. It will fit underneath the kitchen cabinets but you would not be able to open the lid while under it. The performance is just the best compared to my previous Kitchenaid blender. Just look at the blade!

I recently had to go on a liquid/soft food diet. I decided nutritionally to try out smoothies and my old blender was okay, but it took awhile to make a smoothie. I decided to bite the bullet and pay a little extra for a quality blender and everyone says Ninja is the best. I have not had any trouble at all with making Smoothies and by far and wide this is the easiest blender I have ever used. With my old blenders I was always having to scrape all the stuff from the sides back down to the base, but not with this one.

Works great only take a couple minutes for a great smoothie. Blades a sharp but over all easy to clean

I have one and love it, so I purchased one for my mom. She loves using it and says it is easy and quiet.

Works great. I make a large amount of smoothies every week and it blends all the ingredients down to an ideal consistency.

This Blender is terrific. Great for everything I've used it for thus far. It is a little large for in cabinet storage, but it's doable. Easy to use and to clean.

One of the best purchases I made! I blend smoothies all the time with this. Very high quality, reinforced plastic, which was way better compared to the glass blender I owned before. It being plastic instead of glass made it safer and easier to clean. The blades are also easy to clean just be careful with it, as with any sharp object. The suction cups at the bottom make this super secure and let me do other things in the kitchen while it is blending.

I've had cheap, discount store blenders in the past. This ain't that. It finely crushes ice for frozen drinks, purees anything you'd need, and just rips through whatever without even blinking. Now, it doesn't heat up soups with friction or deal with hot stuff like those brands that are 4 times as expensive. But you don't need that. You need a blender. And this thing will blend a dang meteorite. (Don't try that. If you do, have the decency to tape it."

It works well enough for the essentials; I had slightly higher expectations, but it's fine. I wish manufacturers would go back to using materials like those used in products from a while ago.

I love making smoothies but have always bought small inexpensive blenders from. This is my first real blender and I am not disappointed. It’s worth every penny. The smoothie button mixes and pauses, the repeats, allowing the mixture to settle before mixing again. I am now a huge Ninja fan and can’t imagine making another smoothie without this!

Best and easiest blender to use. Just push whichever setting you want and let it be.

Love this blender! Takes a bit getting used to but once you understand, you won't want one without all the new innovations. Having the IQ options as well as individual speeds, sticking to the counter the minute it is set down (I have cats who like to roam the countertops), the locking lid, etc. Even the price is decent. Take a look at this unit when you start thinking about replacing your blender.
