This is my very first Shark Ninja system. I’ve used many different brands of blenders, and this one is the best one of them all. I made my first smoothie with it, first without using the FreshVac and then with the FreshVac. I have to say that FreshVac makes a lot of difference in the texture and the taste. The FreshVac smoothie tasted more like the actual fruit and was much more refreshing. Pros – There are 7 preset settings which takes out all the guess work as to when the smoothie, puree, dips, etc. are done. I like that. The perfect smoothie or drink every time. The FreshVac is really a great invention. It holds in the flavors of the ingredients without all the excess liquid from them. The 20oz mug is very handy to blend and drink and go! The little menu book comes in very handy as it tells you how to load the ingredients for your drink or smoothie to get the best blend and flavor. The components are very well built and the base actually grips to the counter with 4 little suction cups to keep it from bouncing around. It also has a safety so that it won’t run until the containers are properly locked in place. It’s also perfect for mixed drinks and Holiday punches (using the pitcher yields about 4 servings). Cons – There’s only one that comes to mind, and that’s the fact that the pitcher is made of plastic, so soups and purees need to cool before blending and then re-heated. I wish the pitcher was glass so that could withstand hot liquid. The cord is very short, only about 24” so it has to be very close to an outlet. I’m still experimenting with different ingredients and getting used to the pre-programmed settings. I know I will be using this a lot! I donated my old blender with the old fashioned buttons. I recommend this to anyone that wants fresh tasting smoothies, mixed drinks and any other blending that need be done.

Beautiful high tech blender.... never seen before something like this... You can have very smoth juice.... every pennie is worth it....highly recommended.

This blender is very loud. Surprisingly, I did not like the removable blades, due to the design though I understand why they are. However they should at least screw down. Returned

Since my purchase I’ve enjoyed making fresh smoothies and using the fresh vac and to my surprise the FreshVac really makes a difference!

I'm pretty happy with my purchase, overall it makes amazing smoothies and hummus, which is what I wanted it for. Only thing is that the glasses it comes with tend to accumulate residue where you are supposed to insert the FreshVac on.

Absolutely love this blender! The smoothies taste amazing! No bubbles at all and the additional cups definitely came in handy!

I am pleased with how this blender performs. My only caution is to be careful with the blades. they are extremely sharp.

Christmas gift. I'm sure they will love it. It's for those that are health conscious. Me myself would make ice cream shakes.

I use it almost every day very sturdy and easy to use. I’m glad I got the bigger one with the additional cups.

This blender works great and the freshvac is not a gimmick. It makes super smooth smoothies and it is easy to use.

I typically use for making frozen smoothies, which bogged down my old blender. The spiral-type blade works much better than the traditional blades at the bottom of the carafe. The suction cup bottom keeps it secured to my counter during blending. I like having the choice between the large carafe and the individual servings. The touch buttons means no icky mess to clean off the side of push buttons. I’m very pleased with this purchase!

I'd just gotten this product in mail and could hardly weight to use it. I can say that it's all that and more. Good buy and good-bye to the smoothie places I'd been giving all my money to. : )

I love my Ninja, it does everything it's advertised to do, does it very well and easy to clean also.

I've had the older version before this one, I have to say that Ninja makes some of the best blenders.
