from a collector's standpoint, this is a must have next to mario. and i guess for future releases that support amiibo, luigi is a good bet to be supported. however, as of now, i haven't been able to find meaningful reason to have/use him...

My son has been enjoying collecting Amiibo's and this one will go great with the Mario one. It is nice that this figure is usable for the 3ds Smash Bros game.

This Luigi amiibo has also been rumored to be discontinued and replaced with the new Mario Party version Luigi amiibo, better pick it up before its gone!

My Amiibo came fine with no issues at all. The see through plastic is kinda unsightly but needed. I just hope i can use him in a game(still in the box)

Once a kid I grew up with Nintendo in the 80's and still love the Characters, they are timeless and it's neat they are interactive with the games.

I don't really use the amiibos for their purpose. I just have them for display. They look attractive in their container. That's all I can say.

At first you start with 1 amiibo then another and another. It really adds to the fun when each person has their own character to level up.

Luigi was a wave 2 Amiibo. Released in his planking pose Luigi is ready to train in Super Smash Brothers, and to play in Mario Party.

I got this amiibo with a 5 Dollar coupon that best buy sent me and with gamers club unlocked it was a no brainer to pick this guy up.

I love Luigi more than Mario, and for me it is great to have this product at such great price! But why such low price?

Why is he doing that weird pose? Who knows. It doesn't matter. He's Luigi and you need him to round out your collection.

Amiibos are great for both collectors and gamers alike. Leveling them up in Super Smash Bros. Wii U is loads of fun.

Most newer games are incorporating interaction with the Amiibo. In some games the Amiibo gets you bonus rewards.

Amiibos are now collector's items it seems. Glad to be able to grab this one before it's expensive on Amazon.
