I'm one of those guys who has collected a good amount of Amiibos (just the characters I actually want, not for just completion). This Yoshi one is very nice and well made (my experience with Amiibo in general is that they're high quality for the price point). Although, having seen the "Super Mario" series Yoshi, I prefer that pose over this one. But I figure Nintendo will support either Yoshi Amiibo for the upcoming "Yoshi's Wooly World."

Dipping into the toy/game market this late is kinda risky... With games such as skylanders and disney infinty already out and with a dedicated fan base- it can be a hard act for Nintendo to beat. That being said, Nintendo IS the ORIGINAL toy and card company and I feel they can take this genre of gaming to even greater heights than the other two franchises it's competing with. The amiibos are very high quality. Accidentally dropped mines a couple of times but there was no noticable damage. So you get what you pay for. Considering I already own a bunch of Nintendo figurines and action figures, I can see many- like myself collecting ALL of these figurines. I'm excited for Mario party 10 and all future game implementation, its already excellent with smash bros and it's only just begun! After owning/playing all 3 next gen systems, Nintendo finds a way to keep me interested. Go figure- its with toys, and I'm 24 years old! Haha.

It's yoshi what else can you say. Figure is pretty good quality although that's not hard for nintendo to achieve considering yoshi is pretty uncomplicated in design. I would argue this is the better looking amiibo when compared to the super mario yoshi amiibo.

We bought this for Christmas to go with a copy of Super Smash Bros.; it works well with the game. WiiU. It works well and really looks nice. I am super eased with it and we are looking forward to new games that incorporate Amiibos.

Amiibo's are a excellent new toy line up from Nintendo which allows you to unlock features in many Nintendo games. Similar to Disney's Infinity or Skylanders, Amiibo's are a great for all ages whether it's for collecting or just playing. Amiibo's are compatible with all kinds of Nintendo games each with unique features to unlock, such as being able to train your own Amiibo character to raise in Super Smash Bros., or special Mii costumes for Mario Kart 8, as well as getting special items for Hyrule Warriors. Many upcoming Nintendo games will be compatible with Amiibos so the fun will never end.

Adds a fun dimension to Super Smash Bros by allowing you to create and level up a character of your own. The figurine is well made and a great collector's item.

We purchased the available Amiibo's at Best Buy for my son for Christmas. He loves having them all lined up when he plays his Wii. We all use them for Super Smash Brothers which is our favorite game to play as a family. The more you use them, the stronger the get! We really hope these catch on and they don't stop making them. Once we start collecting something, we don't stop until we have them all! It would be a shame if they get discontinued!

The amiibo are great. The detail is amazing and the future functionality is gonna be good

After buying Yoshi, Fox, Kirby and Little Mac, I had to get Mario, then Diddy Kong and so on and so on until $300 later I have ever single Amiibo they've released. Meta Knight is my latest, and I can't wait to buy my next one. They are so well made, allowing me to display some of my favorite Nintendo characters. I love Amiibo's!

If you don't know Yoshi then shame on you! This is a great amiibo to add to the collection. Sakurai made Yoshi very good in the latest Super Smash Bros., so if you want a great amiibo partner Yoshi is a great choice.

This yoshi amiibo functions as expected and looks pretty decent.

The Amiibos are a very nice addition to Nintendo's merchandise. Allowing players to collect their favorite characters in trophy form, and allowing access to exclusive bonuses by scanning them in certain games.

Works like an amiibo should and has that more mature smash brothers pose while still capturing yoshi's personality. It is smaller than the red base super Mario series version but I like this much better.

So far, every Amiibo I've purchased has been awesome. They are beautifully crafted and function as a nice collectible figure alongside their gaming uses. This Yoshi Amiibo is no different.

The Yoshi Amiibo figure was one of the first to launch and he's one of the nicest looking. A worthwhile purchase as it works with a bunch of games both currently released and upcoming.

i'm a big smash fan and nintendo fan. these figure are not a must have to enjoy the game, but it is a nice collecting figure. very well details and up to nintendo stand IMO.

This amiibo can be used with other games besides Smash Bro's. They learn all your moves and its very cool. I would recommend this to anyone who is a Smash fan!! Get it!

With amiibos the detail is pretty surprising as long as you don't run into the common quality control issues. I love the poses for the smash brothers series amiibos.

For collectors, this is an extremely well made figure. I do play Smash Bros. but I buy the Amiibos more for a collector's perspective than a video gamer's one.
