Would not power on

I left it unplugged in for 2 hours thinking it was just a dead battery. It never showed the battery icon in the top corner of the screen. Returned and exchanged for a new one. The employee were very help and fast in handling my transactions.

Dock Station not working

Upsetting to find out that it won't work and there is NO ONE I can speak to at this time to fix this problem.

The Greatest Console in the market!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It's a masterpiece home/handheld console, the marketing is perfect, playing it handheld is so cozy, their tons of masterpiece games for everyone, the joy-cons are so original & cool, the HD rumble is amazing, it's easy to hold the system, NS online is on a good price, the menu is clean, you can add more memory slots with a microSD card, the cartages are back, the graphics are superb up to 1080p, there is a dock to keep the cables safe, you can touch the screen on handheld mode just like the Wii U gamepad, sliding the joy-cons are so neat, & you can play the Switch anywhere!
