This switch feels like a combination of a 2ds and a full sized switch. Definitely smaller and fits in my 10 year old daughters hands much better than the full sized. No noticable difference in operation as compared to the original.

bought this for my 6 year old daughter and she absolutely loves it. It's very easy to use for her and there are several age appropriate games that she can play. I actually have a switch for both of my older children and I prefer the lite version for them. My oldest does like her regular switch but if they had the lite available when we got hers I would have gotten that instead. Also a great system for adults. I have put many hours into games on this system and I am almost 30. Highly recommend.

We have a switch already in the house and I wanted a switch for myself. I was hesitant at first because $100 isn't much of a difference between a console that docks with the TV fully versus one that is only handheld. However, I did find the small hand held one more convenient and even reach for it more than the full switch now. Only thing I don't like is that the vibration feature isn't there and would have gladly paid a little more to have that included. You really don't miss it but I like it when I have it.
