This is my first New 3DS XL and I have to say it is amazing. When compared to my older 3DS XL, I can definitely notice the difference in resolution and color contrast. The addition of the C-Stick takes a little getting used to- and feels a bit stiff- but luckily most games either don't use it or have an alternative control scheme. The sound quality on this 3DS is also superior to my older one. My older one had a hollow/muffled sound; whereas the New 3DS XL has a nice, crisp, full-sounding set of speakers. The only negative aspect of this product is the fact that it does not come with a charger, so that can be a minor deterrent to someone who does not already own a 3ds.

Great system, looks sharp, a must have for monster hunter fans. It is the new 3ds xl model, so better face tracking for 3d feature, slightly redesigned buttons, and a bit faster. Didn't come with the game, wish they made a bundle with it, but at least this game edition cost the same as the plain red/blue new models! Buy it already!!!!

The new 3DS is gorgeous! The color is a deep glossy blue with a Monster Hunter Generation logo in the center. There is also a really cool inlay of the monsters that shimmer as you turn the system around a light source. Overall a beautiful package, too bad the game is not included...

Stable 3d is dynamic & thoroughly legit. Enjoyable mix of onboard games/features. Not alot of variety in TYPES of games available, but I expect that to change now (and has LOTS of total games available, they just run mostly within a few "types"). Very fun with AND without an internet connection. Happy I bought it!

Decided to upgrade to the New 3ds XL. Wanted to be able to play snes virtual console and the improved 3d had me hooked. My only complaint on any 3ds system is that to me the sound seems weak.

The only downside to this is that it dose not have a charger however the sustem itself is pretty awesome. Great wifi connection and awesome speed.

I was in the market for a 3DS XL in any color, and saw this as the last one on the shelf. After getting it home, the color of the paint is even better than it shows on the box. And the improved 3D on the New 3ds makes it finally usable imo. My first gen 3ds gave me head aches, and you couldn't move around or else the 3D would get messed up. No longer on this model, it's very nice. I'm quite happy with my purchase.

This is a great product. My only issue is the fact that Nintendo does TN or LCD panels and not just one specifically. I unfortunately got one with TN so my colors aren't as nice and deep as others with the LCD panel. But I still love it and it plays Pokemon so I'm happy haha. Oh make sure you buy a charger! They no longer come with chargers :)

I loved the this gaming system and I do recommend it to other people who like it or want it is really loved it when I brought it its a really great system nintendo makes such great gaming systems and games

I bought this as a birthday gift for my grandson. I was disappointed to learn that the charger is not included. I looked back at the description and it doesn't say charger not included. To me that would be a given, like a plug for the toaster. But I'm sure he will love this once he can actually use it.

One of the best looking limited edition consoles I've ever seen! People ask where and how I acquired this and if you missed the limited run too bad, but maybe they'll make more.

It's a pretty cool design. Considering the US never got a blue 3DS, I think this would make a fine debut as the standard blue one... a sold out one at that.

Best 3ds xl to date. I love the color and design. Only thing to complain about is the shipping time is a little bit longer than what i expected.

It's pretty but does nothing special. Nintendo has released so many special 3ds systems and xl ones. Buy it if you like the artwork on it.

It's very nice and sleek. Good quality! But it doesn't come with a charger or the Monster Hunter Generations game. They can get away with it because those things you'd think were included are in very tiny letters.

Aside from the cool designs, it's just like every other New 3DS XL, including price! If you're going to get one, I'd recommend picking up this or one of the other collector's editions. This one doesn't come with the game, so it costs the same as the standard colors.

Even though stock isn't the best right now, the console is still fantastic! And the design is spectacular! Compared to the smaller one with the face plates, the XL model is preferred due to the bigger screens and the better chance for an IPS (top quality) screen(s). I know this following trait but I feel it's necessary to include: there is no charger, they are cheap anyways and all chargers since the DSi still work! Great buy!

The unit's design is amazing. I super love it, and you won't regret buying this one.
