This is the best controller on the market for any system. It's light, good battery life, ergonomic.

Good Quality controller for the WII-U, Wireless freedom and holds a charge that lasts for days.

I almost didnt buy this, I am so glad I did! Everything about this controller is perfect. The size, button placement, even the texture and feel. My only gripe about the Wii U pro controller would be that not all games are able to use it. This isnt the controller fault I wouldnt say, but it is a bummer when you look forward to playing a game and find out it cant be used and you have to go grab that big gamepad :)

When we had recently purchased a Wii U for our family we bought 4 of these so each of us had a controller. They are a great option for a controller as opposed to using the original Wii remotes which drive my wife nuts because even though it's an old school feel it's "too advanced" for her. The Wii U pro controller also works with all the old games we grew up on like the old school Mario bros. games that are on the Nintendo store as well as the newer Wii U games. The best feature aside from the common button layout is the battery life. We play several times a week and have had them about a month and have yet to charge them, which is incredible with the battery life on our PS4 and Xbox One co trollers which last a little over a day of we are binging on video games. Overall it's a great controller due to battery life and ease of use.

The Wii U Pro controller is very light weight, has an extremely long battery life, and feels natural while playing. Is much better to use when playing older games downloaded through the market (like Super Ghouls n Ghosts) than using the Wii U Game Pad.

It's sleek, it's functional, it feels good as a controller. When the alternative is a sideways Wiimote, this is a godsend

We purchased this controller because like many people, our gamepad broke. One of the most ridiculous products in gaming. $99 to fix and you cannot buy new ones at the store. We decided to forego the gamepad and bought this Pro Controller and its been a pleasure to use. Gaming is much easier for the kids using this, especially my 4 year old. Cannot recommend enough.

Very simple. easy to fit into any size hand including my 5 year old.

the gamepad is cool, but this controller is a must for the wiiU. I mostly play Mario with my kids and this controller fits in my hands much better than a wii remote and my kids like to use the gamepad. controller is light, has a built in battery and can also be plugged into the wii directly if your battery is dead. High quality plastic body and buttons.

Needed a second controller. This one is great! Works very well!

I like the Wii U Gamepad, but it has two issues. First, since it has a screen, it's a bit bulky and heavy. Second, the battery lasts only a few hours before needing to be recharged. For games that don't require the second screen on the Gamepad, or two-player games, this Wii U Pro Controller is awesome. The stick and button placements are the same as the Gamepad's, but it's much lighter, making it more comfortable to hold. And the battery lasts for weeks before needing a recharge. My only disappointment is that the Wii U Pro Controller lacks the internal gyro and motion controls found in the Gamepad and "Wiimote" controllers. However, for games that don't need the second screen or motion controls, the Wii U Pro Controller is awesome.
