This coin is a cool extra to have. I have to admit I underestimated the quality of this coin. It has some weight to it and it comes in a plastic casing so that you can keep it as a collectible. I am sure that you can it out of the plastic but it will take some effort. This was included for free with the purchase of Super Mario Odyssey. I don't think that I would have bought it otherwise.

If you've ever preordered a Mario console game since the N64, you know you get a special item with it. This coin is far more superior than any other coin Nintendo has given away with a preorder. It is solid, comes in a coin case to keep it nice, clean and shiny. I highly recommend this coin for collectors out there.

I had the collectible coin added to my order automatically and what can I really say but that it's fine. It's not something I needed but it's a perfectly nice little coin. I think it would have been more fun if it were in the design of one of the unique purple world coins from the game. Missed opportunity, oh well.

It's heavier than it looks. It came in a little plastic case, which isn't the best at sealing it, but it's a neat collectible that Best Buy added to my order after I'd pre-purchased it months before. I wish more games came with collectibles like this. (And it didn't even require an upgrade with a jacked-up price.)

I pre ordered my Mario Odyssey game back in March and before it was release to me, I received an email from bestbuy letting me know that they were going to send me the collectors edition coin free of charge for pre ordering the game. I was extremely happy to have received it, I wasn't expecting anything extra.

Ok so for something free handed out with the advanced orders it was cute. I would have preferred something useful though like an Amiibo or special code for outfit / game item...just throwing out thoughts if Nintendo is reading! Beyond that though, thanks for the free coin commemorating the new Cappy character!

Thank you Best Buy for including this game as part of the package. This item was of no additional cost to me. I really like it as a keepsake. It's really just for display or showing it off to friends, but I'm a collector and that's a reason why I pre-order so much. I like to pre-order when there is a bonus.

It's a cool collector's item I got free with the preorder, but I'm not sure what to do with it. It's a nice hefty coin w/ a hat on one side and the world on the other, but it's just that, a coin. I guess it depends if you are really a hardcore collector and must have them all, but this one seems a bit meh.

This is a very cool collectible for those who purchase Super Mario Odyssey. The coin comes protected in a clear plastic shell inside an outside plastic baggie. There isn't any other value to it other than being a collectible, but I gave it a high rating due to the heft of the coin and the nice detailing.

This Cappy coin is a great addition to my Nintendo collection! Ive been collecting lots of Mario memorabilia since the NES days and this just makes my collection even better!!! Theres nothing you can do with it, but knowing its a Nintendo item from the BEST MARIO GAME EVER, makes it that more special!

I like the coin, it looks great and will be a great collector's item. However, it is not sealed, you can easily get it open. One other thing about it was mine was taped to my Mario Odyssey game and the plastic bag that it comes with ripped. Minor issue but still an issue. Otherwise the coin is great.

I preordered Mario Odyssey before this coin was a thing on Best Buy orders. When I heard they would include these coins for recent orders I thought I wouldnt get one. Best Buy emailed they would update my order with the free coin and I'm glad they did. The coin is a nice bonus to an awesome game.

I have enjoyed all Mario-esque things since the late 80's. Big fan off all the games. I really enjoyed this collectible coin as it looks amazingly cute. My children and I love the game and have found something in common. This coin is a memorable item will bring us back to this time in our lives.

So it's a collector coin and not many features to review but fur what it is, it's great. Nice details, solid weight and come with a little plastic case to keep it nice. I don't know if these are super exclusive Orr if there are easy ways to get them but they are cool if you collect such things.

When I first ordered Super Mario Odyssey there wasn't any mention of this coin. It was added later it seems, but Best Buy added it to my original order which was nice. It 's a nice solid coin, similar to the Smash Brothers coin given out when that game released way back so it's a nice pair.

I pre-ordered Super Mario Odyssey from Best Buy, before the pre-order coin was announced so it was nice of Best Buy to automatically add it to my order after it was available. It's a solid coin with a nice heft and good detail. i'll probably leave mine in the package as a future collectible.

As a kid , Mario with the duck hunting was my first video game, many console generations later Mario is still worth every penny. Gets your mind off the day to day struggles and all the different characters you can play as make the game lots of fun. A must have for any Nintendo switch owner

Not sure why I can review this since I don't think you can view or purchase it individually but it's a nice little extra. I'm not a collector, but this is about what I like to see in terms of pre-order extras. Just a nice little good quality thing I can toss up on the shelf with the game.

If you love Super Mario Odyssey and you like collecting things, this is a nice little item to grab. It has no functionality, and it was added to my online order for free. If you get the same deal then sure why not, but I see no reason to ever pay for this unless it really appeals to you.

Two sided coin. One side has a picture of Cappy, Mario's partner throughout the game, with the Super Mario Oddyssey Logo. And the other side has an image of a globe. Coin comes in plastic coin holder. Coin is weighty. I never took it out of the case. Coin came with my preorder of the game, not sure I would spend more than a couple dollars for it.
