This preorder coin is awesome. It is of superior quality compared to the preorder coin that gamestop did for Mario Galaxy back in the day. It comes encased in a plastic protector to keep it safe and make it easy to display.. for free what's not to like here?

This coin came free with my preorder for Super Mario Galaxy, and I must say, it's pretty nice! It has a little bit of weight to it, and it's quite pleasant to the eye. Not sure how you can purchase these, but if you find one, I'd say grab it. Why not, right?

This is a coin. It is a very coiny coin. In fact, it is packed full of coniness. However, this is not to be used in vending machines! Do not give this to a pirate in exchange for other booty. Thank goodness we have a place to review coins. Good for stacking.

Pretty high-quality coin all things considered- there was this little smudge thing on the case for the coin even before I opened the packaging for the thing but other than that it’s actually really cool and has found a nice place to sit on my loft desk in my bedroom. It is simple okay. I don't really know what I'll be doing with the coin. I think if it were more visually interesting I'd feel different. The design is underwhelming, especially after playing the game. They could have chosen something that better represented the game visually. It was a bonus so I can't be too harsh.

These coins were handed out to people who pre-ordered the game . I am not sure if they are available to order outside of pre-orders but it is a cool collectible. It has some weight to it and is encased in hard plastic to protect the coin featuring Cappy.

This coin comes in a sealed plastic case, so you can't just take the coin out of its case without destroying the case. But that's ok, because the clear plastic case does an excellent job of protecting the coin from scratches or blemishes from handling.

This is a very high quality coin. It comes in a protective plastic shell to prevent scratches. The designs on the face and back the coin are simple, but clear and nice to look at. The coin has been "aged" artificially which adds to the look of the coin.

The Super Mario Odyssey Cappy Collectible Coin looks great. It has a nice weight to it which doesn’t make it feel cheap. It comes in a plastic which helps from it being damaged easily. It was a nice gift for preordering Mario Odyssey thank you Best Buy

This is a coin. It has a hat on it. The hat is Mario's hat. I like Mario. 5 stars for the coin. P.S. the coin is not actually US legal tender. Do not try to use it at the laundromat like I did. They will keep your clothes because you couldn't pay.

I received this gold coin when I picked up my Mario Odyssey game after pre-ordering it. it was definitely a surprise to have gotten this when I picked up my game, I love that Nintendo is starting to give away things like this when you do pre-orders.

This is great as far as pre-order bonuses go. The color, size, and weight of the coin are all very good. The molding itself is good except for maybe Cappy's eyes. They seem a little off, like how they would look if viewing a negative of a photo. Really it's not that big a deal, but it is kind of distracting.

This gold like coin with Mario and Cappy is a great collectible and was free with Super Mario Odyssey. Its got a cool packaging and fits in the box of the game so it will always be a great physical reminder of the hype behind this great video game.

Super Mario Odyssey is undoubtedly one of the best titles to come out in years, and the first sandbox style Mario to come out since Sunshine 15 years ago. Having this coin as a preorder bonus is like the cherry on top. It's a beautifully made coin.

One of the reasons I pre-order from Best Buy are the free promotional items and that come with select games. Super Mario Odyssey came with this free Cappy the Hat coin. The price was right and it looks cool displayed next to my other Nintendo gear.

This collectors coin comes in a protective outer shell that is sealed and unable to be opened (without using force and or tools). While my coin did come with a rather significant scratch across the face, I can’t really complain considering it came as part of a ore-order. It also has a nice weight about it.

I got it for free from the pre-order of the Super Mario Odyssey game for my son! It is a double-sided, golden metal coin showing both Cappy on the front and the globe on the back, beautifully printed! Great collectible item! My son loves it!

I would think that you would have to be a pretty big Nintendo crazy person to care. It’s going to sit in my nightstand until the cleaning crew puts it away. Maybe I will find it later, but if I do, surely it will be worthless! But it was free!

I got this as a preorder bonus and it’s a neat little coin that came with its own plastic protector. I don’t have any of the other preorder Nintendo coins but I have a 3 year old that loves coins so he loves playing with it. And also quarters.

I have a few of these commemorative coins now (Mario Galaxy, Sonic 10th Anniversary, etc.), and this is probably the best one yet. It is nice, large, and detailed. If you can still get one, and if you're a serious Mario fan, I'd recommend it.
