It's a pretty heavy weighted novelty coin that came free with our copy of Mario Odyssey. I did find out it's selling for $60 though. i thought the lady said $16, which I thought was already too much. She clarified it was $60!

Well its a coin. Now that I think about it. It kinda of reminds me when they had a collectible coin when you pre-ordered Super Mario Galaxy. I think it looks better than that. But like I said it's a coin so don't expect much

What can I say about this that has already been said. The "Super Mario Odyssey Cappy Collectible Coin" title says it all. That being said, it feels significant. I don't know what I'll do with it yet, but it is a nice addition to the game. At least it doesn't take up a lot of space.

So the fact that the game came with this coin alone makes it pretty awesome. The fact that it is a awesome coin apart from the previous fact just makes it amazing. Just another wonderful addition to an already wonderful game.

This is very similar to the Breath of the Wild coin that was given out at E3 2016, and is of very high quality and has a nice weight to it. Definitely a step up from the Super Mario Galaxy one, even though that was great too.

Feels like I'm playing Super Mario 64 all over again... it gives me that same sense of wonder and excitement to explore every nook and cranny to get those Power Moons lol... Nintendo did it again with another instant classic!

Super cool coin, matches the style of the coin I got with legend of Zelda breath of the wild. Awesome that it was free, I don't know i would pay more than $5 for this by itself as it doesn't have any additional functionality

I got this as a preorder bonus. It's ok for preorder swag I guess. If I still had some POGs, it'd be useful for something. Maybe I'll find a magical vending machine that only takes these coins and returns something awesome?

Originally ordered the game from Amazon, promised on delivery day, was lost on the way to my house....went to BB's web page, ordered it and picked it up...the coin is VERY COOL and a nice addition to any Mario collection.

As great as the game Super Mario Odyssey is, it was even better to receive a commemorative coin to go along with it. With Cappy being an integral part of the title, it only makes sense for him to be showcased on the coin.

Its a Mario coin. Nothing super special about it other than coming with the game. Good quality souvenir and collectible so I gave a 5. Probably would not have bought separate, but it came with the game. So definitely a 5.

Its what you'd expect. A nice coin, about the size of a Half-Dollar being abit more thicker than one, with Cappy on the front & the Globe on the back. For anyone who collects stuff like this, it was a No-Brainer to get. Compare it to your Super Mario Galaxy Coin if you got it!

This collectible coin came with the purchase of Mario Odyssey. There's not much use for it beyond looking at and the occassional "heads-or-tails" game, but it was free.... and it's a good addition to a Nintendo showcase.

I pre-ordered at Best Buy with my GCU membership to get the 20% off and the extra pre-orders rewards, including this coin! It's nifty and has some weight to it, but ultimately I have no idea what to do with it, it's just a coin. No display case, use or purpose. But hey, FREE!

While it doesn't exactly do anything (and it doesn't come with some sort of code to get you extras in the game) it really is kind of neat to own a real life Mario gold coin. It's hefty, it has a nice design on it, and it'll look great next to all of your other Nintendo merch.

I did not expect to get this when I pre-orderd the game a month ahead of time. Best Buy kindly added It to my pre-order after It was revealed. You remember pogs, and the slammers you would use for them? This is like a very well-made slammer, and it comes in its own thin case.

as stated in the title above this coin is a pretty cool item, which came as a pre order bonus from BB. Can still be purchased for $20, but this is a nice little addition to keep along with the game (Super Mario Odyssey).

I got this as a preorder bonus. I am really glad Best Buy Does this. i got my uncharted 4 preorder coin and it is awesome. Great quality, heavy duty. Also comes in a nice plastic Case. I hope they continue to do these.

Perhaps I just went in with low expectations, but I came away pleasantly surprised by the quality of this commemorative coin. The weight, thickness, and (perhaps most importantly) the detail of this coin are all great.
