A fantastic upgrade from the original Nintendo Switch, The new and improved screen from the LCD display to the OLED display is miles better than the LCD panel. The OLED, stands for Organic LED, which basically means, all the colors are very vibrant instead of kind of flat. And it is a bigger screen than the original Nintendo Switch. I think the old one was 6.5 inches and this new one, (OLED) is 7.7 Inches. But, this Splatoon Switch OLED, (In my personal opinion,) is much better than the White OLED or the Pokémon Scarlet & Violet edition or the Neon Blue (L) Neon Red (R) System. Because of the colors and details. The Splatoon symbols on the joy cons. Like, the Splatlandian writing, the squid symbols, etc. It even has it on the back of the system itself! Basically the same symbols, (like you will see in the photos) and on the software like when you go to the joy con logo and click it it basically says you got purple and yellow joy cons. But that doesn’t interfere with the games you play. All in all, a fantastic switch, and a great system for Splatoon fans. 5 stars for this.

The Splatoon 3 OLED model Nintendo Switch is incredible and you should absolutely consider it!!! The white embossed dock with the neon ink splat on it is awesome. The two tone gradient joy-cons are really unique and gorgeous, and the back of the Switch itself also has embossed details. If you had an older model of the Switch, the OLED upgrade is super nice because the color on the screen is just fantastic. The screen itself is bigger and has thinner bezels around it. The dock has a built-in Ethernet port which is great for Splatoon 3 players since online multiplayer is such a huge part of the experience. (Note that the game is not included with this Special Edition :(. Biggest downside for me but it's still worth it to me!) The Switch also has the kickstand that is the full length of the Switch. Basically the back half of the Switch folds out to support it in tabletop mode. Absolutely sturdy! Please play Splatoon 3 even if you don't get this Switch!! Stay fresh!!! =)

This is my girlfriends switch though and honestly i regret buying her it. She stopped cooking, cleaning, etc. She even gained some weight. I would not recommend buying this for someone you interact with. But the product itself rocks. You get a limited edition white dock with a neon splat on it. You also get the limited edition joycons. I gave her another set so she could keep them mint. Lets not forget its an oled dock so you have an ethernet port to hardwire your tv play for the least amount of latency. I dont have an oled model and needed a USB to ethernet adaptor to achieve the same thing. Her screen is much bigger on the oled. The kick stand on the oled actually works. Dont forget you do not get the game with this purchase. Always get a memory card. May make a great break up gift.

One of the coolest OLEDS. I have had the VERY first switch to come out and if youre trying to find a replacement, these OLEDS really make a difference. Ive have this OLED for about a year now or two. I play it almost regularly or once every two days, I havent noticed anything wrong with the switch yet, the battery and screen is just fine. What I really am happy about is that I realized that my joycons have yet to drift. Ive always had that problem with my old switch and am quite content this one doesnt have an issue with it. Colors are very beautiful. The storage is a bit small especially if you record a lot but I recently upgraded to have more storage. Recommend.

I think this is the best Switch that Nintendo has ever launched, the Joycons are beautiful, the dock is also great, the back of the Switch has squid draws and other things that you can see in the game, and the beautiful OLED screen. If you are looking for a switch this one is the best option.

I upgraded from a launch switch to the OLED model is great. The new kick stand actual useable. It has a slightly bigger screen compared to the regular model but the best thing is the OLED screen. The color is excellent. Not HDR levels but definitely a noticeable difference when playing mario kart. 8

So when I first got my Switch, I had Mario Kart 8, a Super Mario game, Animal Crossing (because I think it was a law at the time, lol) and Splatoon 2. I freaking adore playing Splatoon, so when I saw this, it needed to be mine...I should possibly disclose that I am...not skilled at video games, but this console was so pretty I had to have it. (I shall also now commit further blasphemy and admit that I'm not a huge Zelda fan, so that console didn't do much for me) I'd given up on finding one locally, until I wandered onto the website one day and beheld the holy grail! The joy-cons are adorable, and I mostly play handheld so I love the OLED screen, and the design on the back is well done. Finally I love the OLED stand vs. the original Switch's breakaway kickstand.

Big screen, bright colors, great handheld experience. Kids love the colors and unique designs. Better kickstand. TV gameplay remains the same as the older switch model.

With all of the base features of the current OLED Switch model, the Splatoon model looks great. The joycon are two toned and then have squid looking tentacle markings on the back. The dock also has a cool looking semitransparent cover over in game brands with some paint globs as well. The back of the Switch itself has these same type logos imprinted on it and looks really cool.

Tops any switch that has come out in terms of design and color. plus OLED screens just look wayyyyyy better. Battery is also very good conpared to 1st edition of switch. 10/10

The best family entertainment gaming system I’ve ever owned! I can play kid friendly games with my grandkids and kids online… watch Hulu… insane amount of available games and free classic games that are perfect for everyone and every age group.. the oled screen is beautiful… the ease of setting it up was amazing… the removable and upgradable controllers work great.. battery life is fantastic.. as is the sound … I got the splatoon model because it looks very cool and I believe it will become a future collectors edition

I bought this when it first came out i got the last one! I love it. I had the animal crossing version before this one. I absolutely love the bright colors, the ombre effects on the joy cons. I cant say much about the oled screen or battery life because i mainly play on dock but times I do play handheld ive compared to regular switch and there is a difference to me. To me the plain oled switches werent worth upgrading to but this one stands out its eye catching. I love Splatoon 3 too got it when it came out so was perfect.
