It's really good and fun but definitely a challenge

Having played the Dark Souls series from Demon's Souls to Bloodborne and Dark Souls 3, I was a little skeptical when I heard about another Dark Souls clone. But, after putting a few hours into Nioh, I have to say that it's a really fun game. The variation in the combat system and the Japanese make it feel very different.

Not for beginners. Excellent graphics. Great Game.

If you like ninja gaiden or dark souls just get it

Nioh is really fun, to the point that I've only had it for a week and yet I sank hours into it. One thing to note though is that Nioh is very challenging, and requires alot of patience to learn all the enemy moves and styles.

Incredible, this feels like the first actual challenger to From Soft's Dark Souls. Plays like a samurai version of Bloodborne: an emphasis on speed, changing up your weapon styles on the fly, and taking on invincible bosses.

This game is really cool, it's like Dark Souls meets the Last Samurai. One thing that I would probably change if I could would be to make your character customizable, but that's not that big of a deal because once you start to find cool armor you can't really see them anyway.

If you like ninja/samurai themed Dark Souls with RPG elements and multiple play through to get through max level 999 then this is for you. This is a hardcore game, you will be challenged.

Went in thinking it was going to be like every other game. But boy was I blown away. The combat system is in depth and the monsters all look different and react different. This game is truely a most own gem this year.

This game is difficult to master. I just jumped into the “souls like” games to give them a chance and this one hasn’t grown on me yet. You have to really pay attention to the enemies and practice a lot.

If you like the Dark Souls series, you'll like this game. Only down fall to this game is that you're allowed no more than 1 friend to join you in your journey while Dark Souls allow 3 other friends to join your game.

Nioh is not a bad game, but ultimately there is a level of dexterity required to play the game that I do not have. It's no so much that it's difficult as that I have wrist injuries preventing me from playing this game to the fullest.

Its a decent game but i dont like the mechanics or hand to hand combat

Picked up for $10. Plays kinda like Bloodbourne - gets too difficult too quickly. Will stay away from the sequel coming out. If you’re a hardcore gamer and have the patience then this game is for you.

Or more like 200+? Why do games like this exist? To prolong game content to multiples of what is expected for any game of a semi reasonable difficulty. A la Dark Souls. I'm not a "casual" gamer, but this game brings little stimulation in a tiresome droning, with very, very slow development.

i played it for a lil bit but then i realized it was out for pc so i played it on there instead. if you play on the pro you can play at a smoother framerate
