I rode 30 miles on it today with absolutely no issues. It's fast and it's fun. It went up hills with ease. Assembly was super easy! I did a lot of research before buying my first e bike and I am happy with my decision to buy this bike.

It certainly does have impressive range and acceleration. However, you're never going to get 90 miles on a charge and my bike wont go over 20mph even with pedalling

Came in with brakes broken and scuffed

Brakes were broken from the start and it was all scuffed. Im sure the bike is of good quality but the lack of customer service makes me worried about long term support
