If you are looking for a powerful long range and easy solution for your transport , this is your choice . I have always have the problem that for my size the standard scooters were not meant for me, until I found NIU, these are amazing , lightweight powerful scooters that are worthy of what you pay.

Overall good, struggles to go up 15 degrees up but it goes. Cheap for sure but it gets the job done.

Great last mile commuter scooter. Im just at the threshold of th 265lbs limit with my backpack and can get about half the advertised range. For the price its totally worth it. Solid construction the app for this scooter needs some work it gets the job done.

This is an amazing electric scooter it goes around 11 miles at full speed, max speed is 17 miles. The most important thing is when you have a flat tire or something or issues with the electric scooter, Best Buy will provide you help immediately as soon as you go to the store or call them. It is cheap scooter but very good quality for the money, but then I needed something faster and with more mileage range and I just came to the store and said I needed something better and they picked out a good one for me. I just want to say Best Buy are the best.

The scooter itself performs well, but the rear tire went out after less than a month of light use. NIU’s customer service has been extremely slow to respond, and when they finally did, they wanted to charge me for replacement parts. For a nearly new scooter, that’s unacceptable. I regret this purchase and recommend choosing a brand that stands behind their product.

This is a great scooter for those who want one that will not be considered a "toy" e-scooter. I weigh over 200 lbs, and this device will get me moving at about 25 km/h. Battery life is good. Decent off road handling too.
