    WOW this scooter is bad, battery life has been absolutely terrible, ive gone through 2 tires in 3 months and i only ride on paved roads and side walks, and again the battery gets me a max of maybe 4 miles if that, one of the worst purchases ive ever made

    Assembled, Fully charged and nothing. No power, now we are trying to troubleshoot before returning it. It may have a cable disconnected that we cannot reach to connect. Sad. It was for my college student to use after winter break. It may not happen now.

    The first day using this scooter when powering it on it had a fault E2. Got it to work after a few minutes and was able to use it until it the battery was dead. The code came back 2 more times in the next day. Returned it for a Ninebot Max instead.

    Ive been riding this scooter now for about 3 weeks and so far its a great deal. Speed is as advertised and range is met on eco mode. Faster speeds seem to lower the distance i can travel.

    Not even 1 day in on using it & my kids already got a “code 39” looked it up and it says “battery overheating” overall a bad purchase
