The acting is great. The movie is powerful. The bad guy is a scary psycho, who takes murder as his profession. The special features are great. A movie to watch several times to find more in the film about the characters each time. A strange ending.

This is one of my favorite films and it looks even better on Blu Ray than it does on DVD! Great performances from the entire cast and superb direction by the Coen Brothers. I'm glad I bought the Blu Ray even though I already had the DVD.

"Call it." I'll never be able to get Javier Bardem's creepy persona out of my head again for as long as I live. This was a brilliant turn in tone and style for the Coen Brothers, and one of their greatest feats to date.

I like finding good deals like this DVD in the big DVD bucket at my local Best Buy stores. For $4 you can't go wrong. The DVD is good quality, and it does work on old DVD players :-) Always a plus. I found a couple that expired in 2015 inside the DVD.

Wow this was a great movie Robert Duvall and Woody Harrelson play the excellent play. But the Indian guy omigosh was he ever good in his role I'm sorry I don't remember his name

I went into the store and purchased over 8 Movies at the same time, they have a bin in the back that they try to hid but there are good movies for half the price or more.

This is an instant classic with a great cast. You rarely go wrong with Coen brothers movies. I had to step up to a new player to get it to play, which was OK since I got a good deal on the player (at Wal Mart.com). I was thrilled with the picture quality as well.

Storyline is dark and at times, there seems to be no escape for anyone who comes in the path of our bad guy. This drama will keep your interest as you want to know how it ends, and who stays alive. Cast is great in this movie, and you cant but love and hate the bad guy.

Loved this show. Josh Brolin is a favorite of mine and I watch all his movies. His character was well developed and believable. The assassins sent after him were ruthless and easy to dislike. I recommend this to anyone who likes Brolin.

I already previously owned No Country for Old Men, but had seen it in the bargain Blu-Ray bin and decided to upgrade. The quality is much higher and definitely was worth the purchase. A very well done transfer.

This is a fine film that more than deserves the Blu-Ray treatment, which only enhances the overall enjoyability. If you've never seen the movie, it's a must see and if you have but don't own the Blu-Ray... It's worth every penny.

This movie is excellent from beginning to end with a great story and non-stop action. First rate acting and a very believable story. I’ve watched it many times and I always enjoy it.

The Coen brothers' masterpiece. The cast is perfect, the setting is fitting, & the story is captivating. No question one of the 10 best films of the 2000s.

Tony Lee Jones is one of the best actors of our time, but he was out done by Javier Bardem and Josh Brolin. Great story, perfect acting and how drugs have changed small Texas towns near the South West border.

This is one of my all time favorite movies and I was so happy when I realized that the blu ray wasn't too expensive. The story is amazing and very intriguing. You should pick this blu ray up if you haven't already.

A simple story of cat and mouse. The tone and the sometimes eerie quiet, and lack of dialogue builds a frenetic energy that grabs and holds you for the entire film. If you're a fan of the Coens, this is a must have !

Probably my favorite Coen bros. film, it's hard to find another movie with such high tension with amazing performances. It's also a great portrayal of West Texas life in addition to a great ending that keeps you guessing.

A lot of people I talk to about this film give the ending a bad review, but I disagree. Every single movie doesn't need to end on big explosions, epic fights, or whatever else. This film is worth adding to the collection.

While it's always a close tie between this and There Will Be Blood, I love this movie for its plot twisting turn of events and storylines. A mysterious and action filled tale that is sure to leave you confused and puzzled as well as satisfied and longing for more.
