This is a great movie with one of the best villains in modern film. Is it a cowboy flick, a crime movie, or, perhaps, even a monster movie? Yes! Javier Bardem and Tommy Lee Jones are outstanding!

Very intense and violent Javier Bardem vehicle along with many strong performances from Tommy Lee Jones, Josh Brolin, Woddy Harrelson. Perusal of the Blu-ray shows not obvious reproduction issues.

One of the better movies of this genre recently, with many suspenseful scenes throughout. This is one that grows on you with repeated viewings. The only letdown was the ending, although this may have been done the way it was to allow for a sequel.

Great drama of an aging police officer attempting to track down a vet who stumbled on a drug deal gone bad and being chased by Syndicate hitmen. A little gruesome. Great acting.

Tommy Lee Jones is just pitch-perfect in this grim thriller. It's part of a core group of movies I like to watch again periodically. One of the best films of the 21st century.

This movie looks great on blu ray. Check it out for yourself. I have an Epson projector 100" screen and this movie looks stunning. The increased quality of blu ray really shines with this one.

This movie is funny in a dark twisted kind of way. If you like violence and arent scared of blood and like good acting i'd get this movie. IMDB (interntet Movie Data Base) has an 8.2 rating on it with 434,000 votes.

I doubt that I can say anything about this movie that others haven't already said, so let me just say that it's very enjoyable and quite poignant. It will make you think by the time you've reached the end. If I could give it 4.5 stars, I would've.

I have always enjoyed a good script with a twist. The writing and acting are excellent. The scenery is used very well throughout the entire movie. Not to long and needlessly drawn out like many of todays movies.

This movie, while not a true western gives you some of the feel. It's not a fast paced action movie by any means, but if you enjoy the old Eastwood westerns, I think you'll like this.

I love this movie. Remastered on blu-ray it looks very clear, and the updated audio will give you chills. One of the Cohen Brothers best films, and a must have on blu-ray. Two thumbs way up for this blu-ray

This is a great movie. Love the author. If you get a chance, read this and some of his other books. This was also a great price.

I previously owned this on regular DVD, but when the chance came up to get it on Blu-Ray at a very low price, I had to jump at it. Dramatic movie with several twists and turns.

No Country for Old Men is an action film both measured and grave, opening as a Jim Thompson-esque crime saga set on the Texan sands, but as it moves along the film acquires an allegorical depth.

Sad and depressing at times, but still a great film to watch more than once. I think it won several awards. Great actors, gritty and true to life ----- unfortunately.

It's a good movie especially when you see all the old actors again still down with they do best I gave it four stars because it's not like the matrix but you really can't compare the two anyway for sure worth the money

It had been ages since I'd seen the film and the blu-ray did not disappoint. The picture was fantastic! I could have used more special features, but what was there was great.

The movie was a great movie.It kept you on the edge of your seat. I thought there was way too much violence, but I guess it must have deemed necessary for the story line. The only really bad part was the ending. What actually happened?????
