Been playing the regular game but wanted the extra stuff included in the Limited Edition. Been playing for almost 1 year, and it has been almost the only game that I have played. Can be very relaxing to play at times.

Awesome Collector's edition for the price. Quality is great, doesn't come with an unwanted statue and take up a ton of space. The game itself isnt for everyone and is more about exploring on your own but very little story and the gameplay is simple and repetitive.

I've wanted to enjoy this game since I've seen it back years ago at E3. I've ignored the many controversial things that were being said and discussed that Sean Murray of Hello Games was implying about the game. At first, with my ignorance, I enjoyed the game for what it lacked. And then I read reviews and articles about what is missing, which was a LOT of stuff. ESPECIALLY the ENDING, wow, is it such an anticlimactic, disappointing ending! I am disappointed that I bought this game, especially the Limited Edition version. At what this game is now, it is NOT worth $60 (or $80, in my case). Wait until this game goes on sale, which should be soon, or whenever Hello Games actually adds all the content that was talked about for the past few years, which is highly never.

This is a space/survival type of game. No more, no less. You find materials to better yourself and your ship which allows you to move further into the Galaxy. Pretty cool if you don't look for more than what it is.

The game is a relaxing fun game as a space simulator. I do enjoy the game just to fly around or get lost and walk around the planet. Not sure if the CE is worth it though - art book is small and it's just okay.

The worlds seem a little barren and its not as in depth as what they showed in past E3 demos. There is a lot of potential here and if they can roll out some patches to add content they can still get to what their original vision of the game was.

This game is best enjoyed by the old school sci-fi novel reader. Being able to explore new places and claim them as your own is second to none for us.

First off I know this game has gotten a lot of flak but I can see the promise and with the foundation update you can see so much promise for the future.

This is one of the best games I have played in a really long time!!! The concept is great, the graphics are great and the game play is super addictive!!!

Great game, too bad for a lot of other players who just thought it was MINECRAFT w/ space ships. Hope they'll come out with some free DLC to make it up.

My spouse hasn't seen me since I got the game. I like that I can see the game in my phone. Best graphics ever. The deluxe was well worth the extra $20.

Game is fun, but nothing spectacular. 5 star review is for the quality of the limited edition and it's contents, which were top notch.

I was so hyped for this game. Everything that was shown in trailers was not what was in the actual game. it was almost unfinished, and now the developer has disappeared. Sad day for us space explorers.

Needs about 6months to a year to be great. - It has some fun and potential now, but it will do much better once some features that they are adding will be implemented.

This game has some stunning graphics and is very entertaining to play. My only problem is it can get repetitive.

This is a superb game and really explores the imagination. The bonuses including the steelbook were great.

I loved the idea of this game and pre-ordered it as soon as I could... It was great a first when I thought it would live up to all the hype that had been built up for this game... so for the first week I was having a blast, expecting more to come and for the experience to grow. However, I came to realize that all I had played for that past week... that was it. I found all the tech in my first system, and a maxed out multi-tool on my first planet. That was about 3 days in. From there it was about trying to make it to the center of the galaxy, which felt extremely tedious... it wouldn't have been so bad if the exploration had been fun, but it was very bland. All of the generated plants and animals on one planet were not too far off from the other planets I visited, and the AI of the animals was just awful. They either attack you or wander around aimlessly... The interactions with the aliens were pretty cool at the beginning, but got old. So did the little snippets of "story" left behind by other, deceased travelers. It almost felt like an old "choose your adventure" story, but that feeling didn't last after that first week. This game in the end was a huge let-down. I finished the Atlas quest-line (which was really short), and then tried to make it to the center... but gave up because it turned into a really boring chore. If I had paid less, and this game hadn't been so hyped, I would have looked more favorably on my time with it. However, promising me one thing, and charging me for that, but giving me this? That's not OK.

I'm giving an extra star for this game due to the fact it was created by such a small company. Huh, maybe the big boys should pay attention.

Game gets repetitive quick. No multi-player whatsoever, lacks a storyline and full of game crashing bugs.

So this game came with so much hype on how amazing it was going to be but fails... I've personally played over 50 hours of this game and it is basically... land on planet, scan animals and plants, gather resources, and do that over and over till you find another planet to do the exact same thing. THE END. So if you have nothing better to do and have extra money to burn.. then go ahead, but really you could save it and just get something else.
