I was very unsure about buying a chair online, especially since most of the chairs (and other furniture) on BBY don't have a review to them. However, I received this chair fairly quickly, it was easy to put together, and it is all I could have hoped for in this type of chair. It is very comfortable yet firm enough to be considered supportive as well. I definitely recommend buying this.
