This film doesn't exactly keep you on the edge of your seat, but the acting is great and the story line is not hard to follow (pause the movie if you leave the room, though). I really hoped for an edge-of-your-seat thriller, but this film is still worth a watch.

I always thought Austin Wright's great 1993 novel 'Tony and Susan' was unfilmable, I stand corrected with this great adaption by Tom Ford. While the conceit of the book is tweaked for the film the story is essentially intact. A great cast is game for some dark stuff, you will not be bored; and don't be afraid of the large women in the opening sequence.

I love too visit Best Buy for many reasons. One reason is Best Buys wide selection of many newly released dvd blu-ray movies. Also, Best Buy many electronic products for pretty much everything I enjoy to use. The many sales on electronics are very nice.

This movie has about as many twists and turns in it as one can keep up with and as many situations in marital disharmony as are allowable. If nothing else, it keeps you saying "Wait a minute. I didn't expect that", and makes you keep watching.

This film is so suspenseful that you think it's about this and then it's about that and it really ends up to be about something else it's just a great Alfred Hitchcock type of a movie of the acting is great I didn't know nothing about it I just picked it up at Best Buy. I always love all the movies so here's another great one

Nocturnal Animals is a psychological thriller about a man, who has a passion for writing and a wife who has given up on his dream, in which she re-marries to an unfaithful husband. Her ex-husband finishes his novel and sends her his first copy, and she wishes she would have stayed with him.... Good watch

This is very different from what I was expecting. I thought this was going to be a thriller. Instead it is a drama about the choices we make in life and whether we made the right ones. I still recommend the film.

Amy Adams is great once again but Jake Gyllenhaal is even better. A violent film with a well deserved retaliation ending.

I enjoyed this movie as it consisted of good acting and very intriguing theme. One has to sty alert and follow the storyline to be able to understand the outcome. Riveting and interesting to watch.

A lot of good actors and performances in this film. It is interesting and captavating but some may feel disappointed by the way the movie moves past the halfway point. Still worth a watch.

This film was kind of like a car crash that you couldn't take your eyes away from. I thought it was really well done with great actors. A little uncomfortable at times but was a great thriller.

This film was not nominated for the Best Picture Oscar. It should have been. If you can understand the symbolism and the parallels between the two stories, this film is absolutely fantastic. Great filmmaking. Only Hel* or High Water and The Handmaiden were better.

Slower paced than a typical thriller, but with some intense scenes. Great acting all around. Bonus commentary showed things I missed in first viewing - will definitely watch again.

This had a twist to it and not sure if for everyone. Had a good cast and I really enjoyed it. Did not last long at the box office but sometimes they don't go right to Redbox or Netflix. I saw the movies at the theater and was waiting to get it, which I did.

I watched the special features prior to watching the movie, and it helped me understand the flow of the movie. Visually it stunning between the 3 story arcs that run at the same time.

Loved the movie, and the bluray makes the colors and beautiful cinematography really pop out. Only reason it's not a 5/5 is because the special features are limited and short.

This movie has a very weirdly constructed plot but it is very entertaining and the actors, as usual for them, are excellent. Definitely for those who don't mind strangeness.

Great performances in a pretty good movie. Recommendation is to watch it first before making a purchase. The movie itself was not what I was expecting. Still good, though.

A devilish revenge story about a woman whose ex-boyfriend sends her a manuscript of his new novel. The story is about a man who loses his wife and child in the most vicious way and goes on a journey for violent retribution. Disturbing. Haunting.

Very good movie. Was a little disappointed when I realize this wasn't a documentary about night time animals, but it was still good once I got over that initial let down.
