    I usually give good reviews however this phone come with issues such as no network having sim on it. I took it overseas before i test the phone here so i cannot return the item. Phone is nice and fast but didnt work when i put the sim

    I bought this phone to my mom who wanted to use WhatsUp to make Video calls when I travel International. So thinking this phone might helps as she is not going to use/or install other application. Its seems this phone worked very well for one month only from them if I make any call to this phone there is no response as this phone never rings. I thought it was in silent mode but it was not then realized reset twice but still, no helps. Reached out Customer care to return but they asked to reach out Best Buy. As I know Best buy very well. They will not help this case as this phone more than 2 months old now. Spend lots of time with Nokia Care and they asked to me run this phone in Safe mode (without Custom apps) .. I don't understand why we need smartphones without users apps. Please don't try to buy this phone.
