But, then again, you pay a fraction of the cost for this phone! This phone is all about the value in what you are buying. It is clean, unobstructed Android. It isn’t a speed demon but gets the job done. The battery life is fantastic. The screen is ok. The speakers are weak but passable. The camera is ok at best. Charging is on the slow side. Basically, if you know what you are in for you will be pleased with this phone. I am an iPhone XR user but wanted a cheap Android One device to try out. It’s a pleasure to use and great for a beginner or for a tech nerd to test the waters with. Oh yeah... build quality is plastic but refreshing! A removable battery and body that feels solid like the old days is great!

Please contact Best Buy customer service immediately. Every Nokia device comes with a charger in the box and the SD card should not be broken.
