Hate this phone it constantly freezing all the time

This is the first time buying any brand other than LG. My boyfriend and I both bought one. I was nervous about purchasing a Nokia and I should of went with my gut feeling. Neither one of us were happy with the Nokia 2.4. The phone is slow and freezes up! You cant hardly hear the person your talking to on the phone so constantly annoying the caller by always saying "what?". For the price of the phone I've had better working phones that were actually cheaper! It would be a good starter phone for a Child but not for a working parent on a busy schedule.

I normally try to see the positives of most products I use, but after using the Nokia 2.4 as my primary phone for the last 3 months I can conclusively say that this is an absolute joke of a smartphone. About a week after I first activated it, it became unusably slow, and even basic apps like Messages would freeze up or crash altogether. This went away for a little while, but has begun to happen more and more frequently and now happens pretty much every time I turn it on. I can at least say that the hardware is well constructed. It's a sleek looking phone, and it has survived several falls completely unharmed, protected only by the case it came with. I tried to live with the slow loading times for a while, but yesterday it randomly turned the Wi-Fi off and used all of my monthly data without any indication that it was doing so. I can't speak for Nokia's other smartphones, but I am going to switch back to Motorola as soon as I possibly can. Avoid this phone at all costs, there are many better options for the same price or cheaper. P.S. The "night camera" mode doesn't actually capture scenes the way you see them in front of you. It just uses AI to make the photo a little bit less dim than it would otherwise be. I was not impressed.
