We tried to return it to the store thinking we had 15 business days but it was ineligible as the 15 days were literal days no weekends or non-business hours included.

The sound is good on the phone. I have a hearing problem so the volume was good for someone with difficulties. I have does have a lot of features that I probably will not use by nice to have as I try some new things.
