The phone is comfortable, and it is a feature phone, in my opinion. However, the battery is on a weak side.

As decent a flip phone as available in the smartphone world.

Would definitely recommend. I got it for my grandmother and she loves it. The buttons and bigger for her to see and has additional features than her previous one.

I got this phone to get away from social media and being online all the time. This is the only flip phone that works with any carrier so thats why I chose it. Very happy with it. Great reception, texts and calls come through great. You can still access the internet and youtube on it which wasn't ideal for me, but it's so time consuming to look up things that it works just fine in keeping me offline. So not great for kids if you want them away from the internet, but great for adults because we don't have patience for tedious apps.

It worked better than I had anticipated it might would.

Needed this in phone for my 90 year old mother for the sole pity of making phone calls. She is very happy with it. Large buttons are easy to read. Dies what she needs so if she’s happy, I am happy.

I am too old to learn, apparently, because I have such a terrible time trying to use the newer cell-phones. I am trusting that this cute little flip-phone will be just what I need. I don't think that having it at my cheek when speaking will "mute" like my regular cell-phones. Thanks so much for the nice employee at Best Buy to help me, and I understand there is only one left in the store.

It’s very good for a basic phone with internet I gave to my father who does not like to use smart phones and he is really enjoying using this phone

This phone was challenging to navigate as I learned the new phone. The sound is good on the phone. I have a hearing problem so the volume was good for someone with difficulties. I have does have a lot of features that I probably will not use by nice to have as I try some new things.

The hinge for the phone was u lev so the phone never fully shut. We tried to return it to the store thinking we had 15 business days but it was ineligible as the 15 days were literal days no weekends or non-business hours included.

Great low tech phone! Will do exactly what you need and keep you connected in the ways you need. Would repurchase.

Really nice phone I’ve had for going on 3 years now

I bought it for my father who doesn’t understand the iOS or android system so its easy for him to handle it and he seemed very happy to have it.

More than expected in a flip phone. Reed Wilson I never had a flip phone that offered email and wifi. So I really like it and it fits in my carpenter jeans

Nice and reliable phone easy to manage and great price

My expectations were low coming into this, I wanted to try a flip phone to get a break from my smartphone. But this phone failed to perform even its limited functionalities well. It automatically deletes texts, the calendar can’t import events correctly, the contacts app can’t import contacts correctly. The screen quality is terrible. The battery life is poor. The list goes on. I may have been more accepting if the phone were cheaper. But at nearly $100, it’s just not acceptable.

Fantastic and heavy duty for someone who works out. Still able to even listen to YouTube videos and browse the internet.

Decent for a flip phone for senior husband. Not too many features to work with. Connected well with hearing aid too.
