Their messages are multimedia downloads I have to approve every time and they're just TEXT. -Built in Maps doesn't allow predictive texting. -You can't add words to the predictive texting dictionary while typing. -Clock and alarms can't be inputted by number keys -There's no way to make the main menu of bloatware apps shorter to quickly loop back, in quick scenarios like emergencies. -No button sounds for menus, meaning no audio confirmation of inputs other than phone dialing. Amazing big mashy buttons. Decent look and form factor. Bad outer screen functionality and giant bezel.

Clock will go out of sync, alarms rarely work, no low battery alert, outer screen sometimes doesn't turn off and eats the battery charge. I regret buying this phone, it's junk. My previous flip phone was much better.
