This phone is not user friendly. There are way to many steps to get where you want to be. Best buy was great with purchase and activation. The phone is a TERRIBLE TO USE but it is durable, it did hold up well after being thrown newmerous times.

And the other would not receive any messages but calls would go through.

I should have read more into phone carriers. It is not compatible with Spectrum phone provider. With my father being with Spectrum and the low phone plan. I will have to see what phone carrier he can switch to and keep his same low phone service.

It has some smart features that I will not be using, so I can't speak to them. The sound is loud and clear and people have no problem hearing me. Texting works fine. The user manual falls a bit short on explaining some things, like how to set up speed dial numbers and use them, but it was easy to figure it out.

Broke after 1 month

Haven’t been able to use it since. KaiOS is dodgy anyway. You get what you pay for and I tried to be cheap and paid for it. :(
