At&t clerk told me to purchase this phone because there 4g phones they have been garbage. Can't set up voicemail until At&t figures out how too. They said they figured out Samsung third party phone already.

Dual sim + whitelisted by all US telcos; convenient as a backup phone

This meets those needs. Keypad could be a little bigger, and power key (on top of phone) a little more pronounced.

It fits so good in my hand, also like the Charcoal color. The screen is good size and easy on the eyes.

Complicated phone that's not so smart

Neither intuitive or user friendly. I was looking for a cell phone for mom. I was looking for something reasonably uncomplicated. I was wrong in this purchase. It will make a phone call with good sound quality. However once past that, convoluted software, buttons and icons. I'll stick with my iPhone and I'll look for a flip phone for mom.
