Bought this phone for my elderly mom and she is so confused by that she can't use it. Going to go back to Apple. So much easier to use. Unless you are a experienced android user I wouldn't recommend this phone

Between Mint Mobile and Best Buy. They tell you this will work so they just sell you something. Now they charge a 15.00 restocking fee.

It worked fine for the first few days then it wouldn't connect to my network,the apps are always not responding,phones calls don't come through,most of the times I have to go outside my house for a call to go through. Very disappointed in this phone. I'm going back to Samsung.

Everything is painfully laggy from games to websites to even the included camera app. There's very little you can do on this phone without some nearly broken transition from one screen to the next. Now, this might be just my experience and not everyone else's but when going from a wifi network back onto the wireless network and it just about never connects on its own, I have to turn airplane mode on and off just to remind this phone to connect. The saving grace of this phone is it's battery life which seems to be the case with most budget smart phones, I get about 2-3 days out of a full charge.
