Excellent machine! Our health spa ellipticals are wearing out, so I thought I'd upgrade my personal small elliptical. What a great decision! This one has a nifty track feature, so I've taken to "wind sprinting" on it a couple times a day when I'm not using my gym elliptical for longer sessions. I'd recommend this one to anyone, including the handy angle and tension push buttons on either side of the main display screen. The stats are handy too, and I've hit a couple of personal bests on my track work this week. Yes, you can also use their iFit service if you want a personal trainer helping you, but I'm too old and slow to want to do that.

This is my third elliptical from NordicTrack. In my opinion, this one is better constructed (less parts) and quiet compared to the others I had. I hope this one will last longer but I like it so far. After one week of usage, I had to go back to tighten all the bolts when all the parts set in place. And some of the bolts actually were loose. I think this is important because this will increase the life of the machine.

While the features of the elliptical are great, the loud clunking noise is the big issue I am experiencing. To minimize the loud noise, I have to keep adjusting the bolts on different areas of the elliptical before and during use. The loud noise is not worth the price in my opinion.

Purchased at end of September. Already have a clunking noise followed by a clang. Thought I registered via phone, but apparently it didn’t go through. Called support and can’t find my elliptical. Didn’t sign up for the ifit, because didn’t want another monthly bill. So have to go through several screens for included workouts.

Great elliptical, very practical and easy to put together. Heavy duty so far it’s been great to use it.

I love this piece of equipment. What I absolutely hate is the ifit that comes with it. It is impossible to turn off. When I do use it- it freezes. Makes the experience miserable. I love it when it's all working. But....

I really enjoyed this machine. I liked that the machine came with 1 year free of Ifit. However, I have only had the machine one year and two months and the frame cracked. Nordic track warranty has agreed to replace or refund me for the total of the machine.

Works good only thing i dont like is i get tired when i use it

We ordered the delivery and set up through Best Buy, the delivery and set up crew was late and complained that they had to set it up, even though we paid hundreds extra for the service. They didn't arrive until late in the evening, about 6 hours late (supposed to be there between 10 and 2) The machine appeared to work fine for about a month, but now it creaks and clicks. It feels lightweight. Wobbles side to side. A little lopsided I think. Cheap plastic materials. I am not overweight but it groans under my weight like some 300 dollar Amazon knock off. You can't tell me it's normal for an eliptical machine to make this much noise after a month. I'll grease the hinges, hopefully that will help, but even if it does I just paid 1500 for a machine that has to be reserviced every month? I hear norditrack has terrible customer service, so I dread calling them. I think I'd rather have a loud creaky machine than deal with them. The whole reason I paid for Best Buy to set it up was so I wouldn't have to build it myself. So the last thing I want is to trouble shoot with Nordictrack because they make people take the machine apart before they send someone out to repair. What a glorious waste of money this was. I'll never buy another appliance from Best Buy again, nor will i buy anything from Norditrack for that matter. Not the first bad experience with Best Buy, but will definitely be the last.

The machine works great! It is quiet and smooth. The 20 degree incline is great for working different musxle groups and you can really feel the resiatance. The screen is a good size. I have yet to try out the iFit subscription but I am excited to do so.

Love it!!! Up to 3 miles 3 x’s a week. Goal is 5 miles 4xs a week. Very well made. A very nice screen and pictures are realistic. Came with a 1 year online fitness which will help me to reach y goals and stay on track.

It’s a great machine. Intense and hard at times Love IFIT. Kind of expensive. But it does work. I don’t regret buying it.

Excellent product. We are very happy with the bicycle. It is well made and very sturdy. IFIT is very good and has plenty of options.

I thoroughly enjoy working out on this machine. It is heavy enough for a 290 pound man with no issues
