Resistance is awful even on the lowest setting the resistance is so much higher than any commercial grade elliptical I have used in gyms. For context I usually set resistance 6+ at the gym and workout for ~1 hour where as this machine at 0 resistance is unusable, I can get through 15 min tops at lowest setting. So disappointed.

Excellent exercise system. It was straight forward to put together with two people and standard tools. The instructions were clear. I recommend this Elliptical Trainer.

I’ve used this elliptical pretty consistently for the past two years but now the frame is wobbly and it’s unsafe to use. Not worth the money in the long run.

I purchased this model based on reviews on the internet. I wanted a solid device that will last, and the large screen sold me on this model. I enjoy working out with iFit, especially making my own routes to travel along while exercising, via Google maps on the large screen. It is a heavy piece of equipment. If you are wise, you will have someone help you to assemble this device. Of course, I did it on my own instead, with minimal strain.

Can you assign no stars to a review? I wanted to lose weight and get healthy, instead I got a bunch of hassle and no consistent workouts. This product is not a Commercial grade elliptical. In the 45 days that I had this product I have had 2 service calls. Once for a poor installation, and one for the touch screen going out. Customer service from Best Buy, even as a Total tech Member, has been poor. Call a number get transferred, then get transferred again. Rinse and repeat. My experience with Nordic Track has been even worse. No direct numbers to call, website is down so you can't register an online ticket. No one picks up chat. Avoid Nordic Track products. You will regret buying this or any other machine the produce. Low quality and expensive, plus you have to pay a monthly iFit fee to turn on anything other than manual control. You will be disappointed in doing business with this company. I wish I would have listened to my gut and took a pass on this product.

Well made, Easy to assemble (I did it myself) . I did a lot of research to find this one. Not as good as a professional one, but very good for it's price.

Working great. Only two issues the left handle is just a touch loose and no way to tighten. The pads on the foot plates tend to be a little cheap.

Using video guide for assembly, worked really well. Easy to use, gentle glide. Out issue was sinking ifit from machine to my phone

Has broken multiple times. Each time it takes a month for them to send parts. Best Buy total tech won’t honor their warranty because Nordictrack has a warranty. So I get horrible support from Nordictrack and no help from Best Buy despite me paying them for a warranty.

The integrated iFit tech is actually very annoying to put up with. Also, does NOT work with ANY Bluetooth heart rate monitor as it claims. Not sure why everything needs to be connected to the internet to unlock the features nowadays besides the obvious money grab and data sales to foreign entities. They seem really interested in watching fat guys struggle. Why does it have a camera? The display is just an Android tablet locked into their app. Would be awesome to bypass and get music/streaming apps to listen to/stare at. Been impossible to find the optional add-on mount for tablets anywhere. Not even a listed item in their online store. Ridiculous. If you're lucky, you can find that there is a way to get past the app, but once it updates, it requires a password from support. Being locked out of something I own is such a con. If you're an out of shape weakling like me, you will be very shaky at first. These vibrations cause the pedals to jump the track quite often. Now that I have gotten a bit stronger, my motions are more fluid and it hasn't jumped the track. Besides what I mentioned above, the features and hardware are legit. I am definitely getting a workout while using it. Again, no clue about the iFit stuff as I am just not interested in staring at already fit people having an easy go of it. And super disappointing about the heart rate monitor stuff. I couldn't find anything anywhere listing the compatible devices. I just know that FitBit does NOT work. I won't be spending any more money on this product. In conclusion, great for working out. Very poor features wise. They just want all your money.

Great workout machine. Very durable and sturdy. Won’t be disappointed.

Overall the bike is well put together . The seat was hard and uncomfortable . We had to purchase a softer larger seat.

I love this elliptical. The iFit program keeps you motivated. literally the best equipment I have had in a long time. It does squeak from time to time but I just turn up the music.

I was looking for a quality elliptical at a good price. Nordictrack had this model on sale and Best but matched it. Terrific machine with many speed and menu options. This machine is solidly built and the iFit trainer options give you many situational videos to choose from.

Love this machine! IFIT is a fantastic addition ! Love the instructor's and going on adventures around the world and learning so much about these beautiful places and getting a work out in at the same time! I highly recommend. You need to make sure you put this together properly. I am having some clanking issues that needs to be looked at.

Love this product. Have been using it and for someone who has never worked out, its very easy to use. Easy to move around rooms.
