Great elliptical

I’ve been using this elliptical with the iFit program and it’s working great! Not to difficult to put together as long as you follow the directions. I suggest getting a mat to put underneath to save your floor.

Don’t Get It ASSEMBLED BY BEST BUY

I was able to try it for a few minutes. The resistance is a bit harder than most elliptical. The technology on this is great. Too bad I could use it

Bulky, heavy, but good

Good thing it has wheels on one side, or we wouldn't be able to move it. Putting this thing together was such a hassle. Other than that, it does what it's suppose to do.

Q: QuestionI'm 6'1" tall - what is the minimum ceiling height I need?

- A:Answer Rich This elliptical’s steppers life up to approximately 24.5” from the ground while in use. Add 6’1” (73 inches) to this measurement and we’re at approximately 97.5” high. A standard ceiling is 9 ft (108 in.) high and would give you plenty of space to use this equipment. An 8 ft ceiling (96 in.) however, may cause a problem. At this highest placement of the stepper, your knee should be bent as the other stepper is lower. However, your height will rise up as you straighten your leg above the higher stepper and it lowers. Q: QuestionDoes this give you much of an upper body workout or do the handles just add support to make the stride more comfortable and balanced?

- A:Answer Carrie The upper body does move and work. The handles provide both. Holding the handles can provide comfort and balance. The handles also move along with your stride, and your arms move with your legs. However, your weight propels most of the movement and therefore your arms don’t need to work very hard as you are moving on this elliptical. - A:Answer It does not have a tablet holder but I was crafty and I took two gift cards and set them underneath the screen in the crevice and that’s able to hold up anything that I need including my iPad or my cell phone. That or I’m sure you can purchase a holder but this works fine for me

Q: QuestionDo you have to unplug the unit to turn off power? The ifit seems to stay on when I get off.

- A:Answer MaryA Thanks for the question. As indicated in the user manual (page 22) when you are finished exercising, press the power switch to the off position and unplug the power cord.
