    Great product but Three BIG issues. DO NOT BUY!

    Three BIG issues (do not buy): 1-video buffering interrupts the exercise. The device has had a connectivity issue since week one. 2- The screen started having issues after 2.5 months, and I hardly see anything. 3- Customer service is NOT helping. It could be a great product if it WORKS, but it is not working and factory reset is NOT helping.

    I am very disappointed with this machine. I’ve had a lot of problems with the startup. I’ll be able to use it for a few months and then it freezes and monitor won’t load and nothing works on it. I’ve tried numerous times to reset it and nothing works!!! This machine is not even a year old!!!

    First box had the wrong foot pedal. Manufacturer then sent a different wrong foot pedal. Best Buy then tried sending a whole new machine which had a large scratch and dent on the fly wheel.

    This is a pretty solid and well made elliptical. My wife and I are using it almost daily and it's got a smooth motion and it's easy to jump on and go. Highly recommend it

    Great beautiful machine! I have really enjoyed my workouts on my new NordicTrack elliptical. The machine feels durable, and I like using it. I wish there was a ledge for my phone, but otherwise its amazing. I love the workouts too. It's such a fun machine.

    Excellent product. I've never had an elliptical before and this one seems as solid as a commercial gym's would be. The iFit videos are excellent too. Great locations and trainers.

    I love the work outs. Great machine to get back in shape after Covid. I am a senior so this gives me a low impact workout with guided tours pictured on tge screen

    Does not compare to a commercial elliptical. iFit screen is basically useless unless using the iFit. iFit is an inconvenience to navigate around to get a basic oval track display. Claims to have adjustable stride but does not.

    Update bricked my machine

    I have the 12.7 version of this product. Had it for years when IFit sent an update to it. Downhill from there on, At first it would just keep on trying to update the machine and after awhile the machine would not even turn on and just says "updating". Support has been no help since I am out of warranty.

    Terrible Everything

    I would like to say good things. I bought this elliptical as a massive upgrade to a schwinn that finally broke after years of use. However I have had only issues all resulting from the tablet. Originally it wouldn't update which required admin to be enabled and some resets. Then it began to constantly crashing even during workouts. After more updates the problem seemed to resolve however the tablet now makes ridiculous loud sounds and no one can stand it even being on. After many many tickets, calls, and emails no solution and was redirected 8 times until being sent to the parts department and being told it was the fans on the tablet and no part could be sent nor could anything be done. So to sum up a long story. I have an unusuable piece of equipment just sitting in my house. It cannot be fixed nor replaced and Nordic Track refuses to do anything about it. Terrible machine, terrible company and terrible everything.

    Damaged pieces

    Haven't addressed 2 damaged pieces in 2 months. They seem more interested in my address and asking for pictures, than discussing the issues or looking at the pictures I already sent.
