Nordictrack lacks concern for customers security

Have the 12.9 version of this elliptical. After updating to new router, the elliptical triggers a restart of the router. Customer support recommends, shorter passwords with no special characters on main network. Nordictrack doesn’t value their customer’s network security. Can only do workouts without video streaming, even that has challenges.

The product quality on the machine is awful.
In less than 5 months I've had...
3 wheels break apart
and the frame piece that drives the incline has snapped.
To NordicTrack's credit they gave me a full credit for the machine, but not until after months of hassle.
