After Geek Squad install, belt skipped so had to tighten it. On startup, screen requires hitting the "retry" button to start iFit properly. Touchscreen is spotty. iFit is nice as well as the Bluetooth speakers. Above frustrations are disappointing especially with the high cost of the treadmill.

This is our third treadmill and by far the best! We love the huge screen that allows you virtually train around the world.

This was our second one (returned the first one because the programs kept freezing up). This one is even worse - programs freeze and now the incline is stuck in a raised position. Took a week to get a hold of NordicTrack. They said we would have a new motor and console within 2 weeks (still within our return to Best Buy time period). Still waiting for the console, won't be here until Aug 1st. Hopefully when the part comes they can fix it so it works, otherwise this is a really expensive mistake!!

The incline motor broke after 3 weeks, but they sent a technician and got it fixed.

Awesome treadmill and display. It doesn't get 5 starts just because I'd appreciate more built-in programs that aren't streaming (other than manual) and I love iFit, but would be great if I could also access Netflix or Spotify directly via the treadmill.

Very poor quality and durability. First issue was no sound. Second was broken control module after a few months. Latest is cracked deck (10 months); see picture. Plan on fixing problems yourself, nordictrack just sends parts with no instructions and says good luck. Terrible treadmill.

iFit really makes this enjoyable, and it is very immersive.

We are not blaming Best Buy completely but Best Buy did not help us at all in fixing the problem. We relived this product and Geek Squad assembled it for us and it looked great. We had one issue. The console would not boot up. The Geek Squad technician left before even seeing if it would actually boot up. I believe these guys are over booked because we needed help and they didn't have the time to help us. Nor do I think they knew enough about the product to help us. We are not expecting the worlds greatest technicians on all equipment. But we expect when paying an extra $150 to $250 for assembly and installation the Tech wouldn't leave until it worked. We spent weeks trying to get someone to help us and we ended up having to call Nordictrack which is fine in some cases but if I've just payed $400 or more for Geek Squad protection I expect to call Geek Squad and get an answer otherwise I should have paid Nordictrack's protection plan. We had to go to YouTube and multiple calls to Nordictrack and still couldn't get it working after 2.5 weeks of having a treadmill just sit and not work we sent in for a refund. We love Best Buy and Geek Squad normally but this was an epic fail. You have to train your guys to have some kind of basic knowledge of the products. Your a Tech store and asimple problem of a console not booting up or broken should be easy for a Technician from a Tech store to diagnose. We should have had that console taken back that day or had another treadmill order to replace that one. Instead I had to ask for a refund and it took another week to have someone come get the non working treadmill because we don't own a truck. We have since reordered the treadmill and gotten a newer version of it directly from Nordictrack. We would have loved to spend our money with Best Buy but you guys are not quite ready to sale this product and actually give Total Tech Support.

The treadmill works well. However, the flat screen is but useless. You can only use it with their app only. so if you want to watch Netflix you have to use your own phone.

I chose to not spend $199 to have the Geek Squad assemble this treadmill. It was pretty simple to install, although there are a few steps where you will need an extra hand from someone. The use of the treadmill so far has been just as good as in the fitness club.

Delivery with smooth and easy to assemble. NordicTrack iFit provides an escape from running on the beaches of Costa Rica to the mountains in the Swiss Alps. I've had it over a year now and it operates like new. Great product overall.

First, The team that put the treadmill together was awesome! It was their first time doing it and everything was perfect when they were completed. The treadmill is amazing it’s easy to use and the iFit is wonderful! Highly recommend!

A quality product. Very versatile. We've used it for several months, and it has held up well. The big 22" screen is definitely worth the money.

This treadmill is great! Efficient, easy to use and great trainers and workout opportunities. We love that we can train in places around the world since Covid 19 has forced us to stay home!

The screen isn’t as clear as I was hoping but overall the treadmill is pretty awesome. Comes w one year ifit and it seems to be built strong no complaints yet
