Can’t adjust the screen, make loud noise when walking

I love it. It does clunk a little sometimes when shifting inclines. I don't care for best buy delivery services at all. And when trying to call customer service we were hung up on MULTIPLE times. The last lady was great though.

Purchased this treadmill. Arrived with a loose wire so was sent back. Had to wait another 3 weeks for a new treadmill to arrive. After 5 days the treadmill started giving us problems - after 16 minutes of exercise the machine started to slow then eventually stopped. Need to wait until next day to run the treadmill. Same issues, after 16 minutes the machine slows then stops. Called NordicTrack customer service to report the problem. She ordered a new motor but could arrive anywhere from 1-3 weeks. So while waiting for the new motor to arrive, we can only use the treadmill 16 minutes each day until it eventually stops.

Functions beautifully. Feels very sturdy and good quality. Definitely 2 people to put it together (took us about 2 hrs) doable just annoying. The touch screen isn’t always perfect but what touch screen is?!

This was time consuming but easy to assemble. Probably need 2 people for the last part just to keep it propped up. The iFit membership is awesome. Jump right into it. I had a power interruption and the reset procedures are clearly documented on line. Make sure you use a bigger size paper clip if you need. The walking tours are a nice warm up, they’re definitely different than the exercise series and challenges which are coached vs tour guided. Learn how to switch screens to display the data you like. It’s on there somewhere. The streaming music isn’t horrible, but I’m still pretty focused on the coaches

The one year of iFit has been great. I've enjoyed walking, jogging, and running on the various programs. Great size and excellent screen. Glad I purchased this for my home.

I previously had the peloton tread, nothing compares to the Peloton running belt. Satisfied with Nordic Track commercial Treadmill, decent screen size and work outs.

Highly recommend! Treadmill runs great, screen is a little slow at times but the workouts stream fine. Definitely need to have an extra set of hands for assembly if you don’t get it delivered and assembled. The best bonus is you get a gift card for 1 year free Ifit family account and a wireless heart rate monitor chest strap. So much less stressful buying through bestbuy versus nordictrack themselves

Black Friday price was ok. Super fast delivery and set up. Unit itself is amazing. Well constructed and screen is beautiful. Makes working out much more fun

Nice Treadmill. Did not think I would use the iFIT, but after a few sessions, I like it. It is a bit expensive though.

i love my treadmill. It has features that are easy to use and makes my treadmill fun. i love the big screen and the extra storage for my cup or cell phone.

Overall the treadmill is quite good. However iFit is way too expensive and very limiting for the features provided. The workout videos are ok but the trainers never shut up. 20 minutes hearing the trainers repeat themselves over and over gets old very quickly. I usually mute the videos. The trainers have to be in the videos as well, why do I need to see them?? Provide the videos and audio voiceovers only. In the Nordic Track support documentation you could enable the feature to load third party apps like NetFlix. Recently they disabled this feature supposedly because of security and safety issues. Basically they disabled this feature because they were losing subscriptions because people were watching Netflix and not using iFit. Save yourself the hassle and money and buy a basic treadmill and a tablet. Great treadmill, horrible iFit software. I cancelled at the end of my free 1 year iFit subscription. Nordic Track, if you are reading this: Add the ability to use apps like Netflix on your treadmill as park of your subscription and you would get more users!

This treadmill is amazing. For such a large unit, it is surprisingly quiet, and the 22 inch screen is outstanding.

Great product, entertaining. I walk guided tours everyday. What a great way to make exercise enjoyable. Just wished it folder up a bit close to the wall.

This is top quality. I don't think the screen needs to be that big, but I don't use IFit.

The feel of this machine is like those at a fitness center. Not quite the same level of durability and heft as those machines are, but for a home machine it's excellent. The software works well, the iFit staff are interesting enough to listen to during your workout. One thing I learned though - create your ID on the machine. If you create it and add details on a computer for instance, you can have problems getting the machine to connect to your ID. If that happens, NordicTrack support is excellent.

The good. Ifit is great, the monitor is nice and big albeit not seemingly HD. I do think the 2450 with 14-inch monitor would be more than sufficient as the 22-inch is very large. The treadmill operates quietly when working properly (see below)! The bad. Purchased this treadmill and within one week the incline was making a terrible clanking and squeeling noise when in use, sounds and feels like its going to break apart under your feet. A $3,000+ treadmill that doesn't last a week and less than 25 miles of use. We have three users in our house all that weigh less than 150 lbs, certainly not putting much strain on this machine. Quality control is not good either. The main "NordicTrack" emblem right front and center on the monitor where you are constantly looking when working out is so crooked it is mis-aligned by nearly 1/2 inch from left to right. How does this happen NordicTrack?? The decal on the end of the treadmill was half peeled off out of the box. Nordictrack apparently is more concerned with glitzy technology than quality product and quality control in build! What is even worse is Best Buy Customer Service. I am an elite plus member, have been for years, and I am seriously considering never buying anything from Best Buy again. Was transferred 4 times among agents to get a price match directly from Nordictrack (manufacturer) website. First three agents told me they can't price match a 'third party' even after explaining Nordictrack is NOT a third party. Then once price matched Best Buy dropped my 45 day return window for being elite plus member without explanation, and also would not adjust the Geek Squad Protection Plan cost since the purchase price decreased after the price match. Best Buy is turning into a poorly operated company, and the thousands I spend each year at Best Buy are going to be spent elsewhere.

The iFit subscription with this equipment made it well worth the purchase. I am rehabilitating after knee surgery and it has been great.

It’s still not working correctly. Belt stops for no reason even when display states higher speed.
