The treadmill didn't work upon assembly by the Geek Squad (who broke part of it). Two attempts to replace it with a new one from Best Buy with various excuses (need to dissemble it first, oh wait - you need the box it came in that the Geek Squad took away). Still waiting for an exchange - this will be the third time. Do not buy. Awful, horrible, terrible experience.

I feel it is over priced consider the components- but overall I’m pretty happy with this treadmill (this is my third treadmill - previous purchases from gym equipment stores).

Great support at Best Buy when I picked up the treadmill. It is extremely heavy and the box is very large. Two staff members helped me load it in my truck.

After 1 week the controller went bad and I was without use of the treadmill for over a week while waiting on the new part. 3 weeks after that the entire machine just died in the middle of a workout and won’t even turn on now. Icon / Nordictrack sending out a tech but they won’t even be in contact to set up an appointment for 7-10 business days. Great way to get in a good workout routine. Paid $3000 for this treadmill and it’s complete garbage!
