Assembly was not difficult. Machine had loud banging in rear roller area. Called Nordic track multiple times and experience was awful despite paying $650 for maintenance and service plan. Called multiple times and either waited for 3 hours without getting to agent or agents that were rude. Last thing was that it would be 3-4 weeks to get parts or help to fix treadmill that is brand new! Will switch to another brand. Also plastic top half feels kind of cheap. Thank you Best Buy for easy return process

Your manufacturer's warranty included free with your treadmill would have covered this repair for you. Again, we apologize that parts are arriving slowly at this time.

In 1 week the price dropped $300.00 and the motor doesn’t work. Now I need to figure out how to return a assembled treadmill.

I bought the commercial 2950 and brought it home put it together and it has not worked yet.. It's been a month of nordictrack sending me parts to replace and hope that it works but so far I have not taken one step on it yet. On the bright side costomer service has been very helpful but unfortunately the equipment is crap. If you buy this make sure to buy the extended warranty because if yours is anything like mine you're gonna need it.

Not Worth the Money.
