Great bike, I use it every day

Overall, I am happy with the bike. Didn't start off that way. During my 3rd ride, the right pedal started to wobble. I called Nordictrack and they sent me out a replacement part. It took over a month to arrive, so I wasn't happy about that. I was able to reconnect the pedal a day or 2 after it broke, and it has been secure with no issues ever since. I now have a backup part in case it happens again. The classes are great, and now they even offer live classes throughout the day.

Good, solid construction. Easy to use, bright display. Only problem we have is sometimes it does not save. Our treadmill saves easier and more consistently that this bike. Programs are great but sometimes can be difficult to save progress with saving being so inconsistent yet if you just want to exercise with program or not, good solid bike.

Awesome bike. Automatically adjust resistances and incline. Easy to build. Save your money, the smaller screen is just fine.

Save money with bike over a peloton. Simple to put together, but it is heavy. The automatic incline is an awesome feature.

We bought this bike when it looked like the gyms weren't going to be available and needed something that simulated spin classes that my wife and I were used to.
We assembled the bike ourselves, which wasn't that difficult. Honestly, moving it from our truck to the room in the house where it was being set up was by far the hardest part due to heavy weight and dimensions.
As for the most important feature, the bike rides like a dream. We did change out the pedals right away to clipless, but that is a minor issue but it makes a big difference. The stock pedals are pretty crappy. The bike is so quiet and smooth. If has a good stiff frame, with a little flex when you are standing. But even with the small flex while riding in a standing position, it feels very similar to a standard road bike. The incline/decline is a way better feature than I imagined.
The iFit studio classes haven't been too impressive, but I love all the different outdoor rides. At first, I thought the outdoor stuff was going to be fairly corny, but after I tried my first one, I was immediately hooked and haven't done any other type of class since then.
Some features that are great that pushed me to get this bike: The built-in fan is awesome! Makes such a difference having a fan right there all the time when you need it. I am also preferential to digital resistance. I like clicking a button to adjust instead of spinning a dial. The quick buttons on the side of the screen are awesome too. Finally, I didn't know it when I bought it, but there is an audio-in port on the of the screen. This is great because I can do the outdoor rides and set it up so that it is the instructors voice but my own music playing. This is an awesome feature. I get to hear the class, but get the music I like that keeps me pumped up.
There are a few upgrades that would be cool to have - but they are rather minor complaints. First, it would be great to have an option to listen to classes on on headphones through a built-in bluetooth. You can get around this by using a bluetooth adapter, but it wouldn't be hard for NT to just have it as a built-in functionality. Second, it would be nice to be able to watch Netflix or other streaming while riding. Everyone once in a while, you want to do a long relaxing ride and watching a movie is a great way to pass the time. Finally, it would be nice to have a little built-in shelf or basket to hold my phone while I am riding. The water cup holder is too shallow, so my phone falls out easily. Like I said earlier... these are minor gripes! Overall, we are incredibly happy with this purchase and glad we chose this bike over some of the other similar bikes on the market.

After researching bikes for a few months and reading reviews I decided to buy the NordicTrack S15i. This bike rocks! I love that the resistance and incline increases and decreases with the instructor. The iFit classes are great too! Buy this bike. You won’t be disappointed. My husband and I set this bike up together (you’ll need 2 people). It wasn’t super easy to set up but it wasn’t impossible either.

Bought this for my husband for Christmas. He doesn't like my treadmill but wanted a bike. Aside from the super uncomfortable seat (which by the way I've learned from the ifit group on FB everyone replaces) I absolutely love this bike. The fan is surprisingly stronger than I expected.

Setup was a breeze. Only reason I can’t give it 5 stars is the seat. It is extremely uncomfortable. I highly recommend getting a cover or different seat.

Best bike ever, great work out and IFIT is awesome... the views and scenery are great. Instructors are great. I wanted to get the si22 but was out of stock, I thought I would notice the screen size difference but it’s fine. The screen is big enough to enjoy.. it also has a built in fan to cool you down and what I like to think imitate the wind haha

This is a great buy. Like others said, I replaced the seat with a gel seat as the one that comes with it is really hard.
Also I was pleased to get a year of iFit. I also assembled the whole thing by myself. There isn't much that needs two people.

We're glad you are happy with this studio cycle and the iFIT membership that came with it. Make sure that your bike seat is adjusted appropriately to accommodate your body type and size for best comfort.

We love this bike! It pedals so smooth and has been working perfectly since we got it. I wasn’t a big cycler prior to this bike, and there was about a week where the angles seemed rough- leaning down onto the handle bars etc. That’s just because my body wasn’t used to it, and my bottom was sore the first week too. I did order a wider comfort seat off of Amazon prior to the arrival of the bike because I had read some reviews that the seat it comes with is uncomfortable, and I’d agree with that, but that’s an easy fix to change out and the installation guys changed it out for me (would definitely recommend paying extra to get it installed that was such an easy process and the guys were so knowledgeable)

Overall, it's a nice bike with many great features. The comfort of the seat is lacking though even when we added on a seat cushion. The bike also rocks around too much when you stand up for something like a spinning class. The content available via ifit is great, I just wish the subscription costs weren't so much...

Love it , getting me through being sheltered in place. Feels like a professional grade piece of equipment. Love how I don't have to do anything the Ifit trainer control the resistance and incline. For me off the couch. Best purchase I made this year

It's a nice bike without plenty of qorkout options. Assembly was easy and the tools were provided.
I have three areas of concerns.
First, the bike doesn't feel strudy when I stand up to pedal; it wobbles alot. (I weigh 160lbs.)
Secondly, the programs constantly buffers during my workouts killing my vibe and cadence and i am literally inches from my wifi modem. I have paused it for 20 minutes to allow it to buffer and when I returned, it played for about 5 minutes and started buffering again.
Third, the screen never turns off. (Unless there is a hidden switch I don't know about.)
I have a paid subscription, Ifit should work better.
I'm foing ro contact customer services to address these issues before i decide to return it. It's not looking promising.

We’re sorry the iFIT videos on this unit keep buffering and causing delays on your workouts. This should be addressed by Member Care if you’ve already contacted us. We hope this is already resolved. However, if not, please feel free to contact us using the email below.
In the meantime, let us give you a couple pointers from the information we have here in your review.
Sturdiness-
We recommend checking with your user manual to ensure all has been assembled correctly and make sure your bike is firmly planted on a flat surface with all screws tightened. Wobbliness should not occur if the bike is working as designed.
Power Switch-
The location of your power switch on this model is shown in your user manual. It’s near where your power cord is connected to the bike behind the pedal wheel.
We recommend always unplugging the power cord and pressing the power switch to the off position when not using your studio cycle.
Please contact us at [email protected] with your case number, 1-R101831, in the subject line if you are still needing assistance.
Thanks - NordicTrack

I purchased from Best Buy instead of direct from Norictrack because they were able to price match and also offered free shipping. I received the bike in 7 days and everything went perfect. The delivery was completed by GeekSquad and they were top notch. The 250lb box was carefully delivered and brought inside my home which was nicer than the typical driveway delivery by other companies. The bike itself is phenominal. I chose this model over the 22Si due to the cost difference. It does all the same things as the expensive model, only difference is the screen size (14" instead of 22"). I also picked the Norictrack over the Peleton and Proform models due because it is the only one that has active incline and decline (like a treadmill), That was the feature that sold me on this brand. I love the iFit that came with it (1 year) and I don't think the bike would be as fun without the trainers and excellent ride options provided. If you are already into fitness, but new to cycling (like me), the saddle will take you about a week or so to get used to. After about 10 days of somewhat painful riding, I have finally hit that sweet spot and it's smooth sailing from here. Loving every minute!!!

I really enjoy the challenges and the iFit rewards that are available for completing workouts. It is very motivating.
The bike came, free delivery from Best Buy $250 to order from NordicTrack directly. Assembly was easy and done within an hour. Very sturdy. Both me and my husband use it. The left crank kept falling off. I opened a warranty replacement part. It took 15 minutes to fill it out and submit a photo. They sent the part within a week. I was impressed with how easy that was and how fast it came. After replacing it. I’ve had absolutely no issues. So I do recommend to my friends and family and am overall very happy.
