Great

I was hesitating purchase this at first because I read the customer service poor reviews. But when purchase it through Best Buy you don’t have to worry about that. We purchased the week squad insurance and we will use Best Buy in case there is any issues in the future. So far no issues at all and we love the rides. Both the outdoor and indoor rides are great. 2 of our friends purchased this after they saw ours.

Great Workout

However, the bike works best when using the build in iFit training, but can be used on a manual setting otherwise.

Connectivity To Internet

For some reason it seems to loose connectivity to the internet when other items in that room do not. I will be calling to discuss why.

Tried to like it, but can't get comfortable.

My wife is short and despite moving the seat all the way forward and raising and lowering the handlebars and the seat, she gets tilted forward at a painful angle and too much pressure is put on her palms and arms. The handlebar mount wiggles despite tightening it as much as possible.

Great compared to the peloton

I think it is far superior to the peloton. Adjusts resistance and incline with the terrain and program. This helps because I won’t cheat myself like I would on a peloton where you manually set everything.

Falling apart after months

Then I noticed rust on some of the main parts (I live in a very dry climate which makes it even more odd), then a pedal broke off. Then another pedal broke and a bolt fell out. I don’t feel safe on the bike anymore. I’m very disappointed and bummed.

Bike is great, best buy not so much

Best buy really failed on delivery and customer service though. Had to go to the store like 4 timrs after it never showed up, chad was supposed to call us back and never did.
