I have a Nordictrack treadmill and am an avid iFit user and was looking to crosstrain since I was running too much. Decided to get this since I'm already an iFit member and it has been so much fun! The range of resistance and incline make it an immersive and engaging experience. The bike is well built and stable. It is quiet. It is also pretty comfortable which is saying a lot. Bikes usually do not fit me well since I'm 5'3 but this one seems to be going well. It is pricier than a lot of bikes but it is definitely worth it considering the range of resistance and the incline/decline capabilities. I definitely recommend it!

Purchased over a year ago. Many functions such as resistance, incline, decline, and all of the display metrics were all broken on arrival. Instead of immediately returning or doing an exchange, I thought it would be best to go through iFit support for a fix. They have sent a technician to my house numerous times as well as sent so many replacement parts that I've lost count. All of this with no resolution and still an expensive, broken machine sitting in my room that I have yet to use. As 1 year has passed, exchanges and returns are not possible via iFit and iFit support will not budge to help. If you get a defective machine, return it.

Be sure and buy Total Tech and/or Geek Squad. This is our second unit. First was purchased in 2020. Quit working three years later. Best Buy replaced it with a new unit. Set this one up. Would not power up. Did all the recommended troubleshooting. No go, Got a refund this time. The unit itself is well built. Online aspect was great. I just can't recommend it,,,

So far everything has been great. Putting together was not too hard and didn't take too long. You want to get a more comfortable seat but other than that everything else has worked perfect so far. Classes are fun and you can just use the music if you want and has a variety of choices for that too.

Didn't work out of the box. The tension doesn't increase or decrease. Working with NordicTrack to get it fixed as it's under the first year of warranty but it's been 30 days since I purchased it and haven't been able to ride it once yet. Still waiting on NordicTrack to fix the bike.

At first I loved the bike and was so excited for the challenge to get to 100 rides to get a shirt / it was inventive to get there and make me accountable. As I got close to that mark the bike wouldn’t record my workouts and I contacted them on chat and emails - to this day no one got back to me on email. After a rude guy gian troubleshoot with me and said it’s a wifi check that! That wasn’t the problem and after a year it wiped clean and I’ll do a series and I get into a 12 series ride and it will wipe out the rides and I’ll be at start again ???!! Not reliable bike

Disappointment is an understatement. The machine was delivered AND assembled by Best Buy's team. Less than 30 days later, the right peddle fell off. I waited a week for a replacement equivalent. They assembled the replacement on December 13. The left peddle fell off today, December 17. Less than a week of the replacement.

OMG, my wife loves her new Christmas present. We have a treadmill but we both are getting older so I decided to get her something with low impact. So those days when the knee my hurt she have the bike. And man can I tell you she ride it a lot.

Funny how when you write an accurate and fair review, which happens to be negative that it gets deleted. I have had this bike since 2020 (covid) and it has yet to work properly. The tension motor was defective out of the box and neither best buy nor nordic track (beware they contract out their support and you will NOT get help) was willing to honor the warranty.
15 phone calls later to Nordic Track support and they actually told me to ask my husband to help me. I am not married. I am not amused. I paid $2,000 for this bike and can't ride it. I finally paid OUT OF POCKET to a local company to replace the tension motor ($300 and two service calls) in June of 2023. Today it is now clanking loudly and is clearly massively broken.
I have gotten a chance to ride this bike a handful of times and I am out about $2,500. Save your money and buy a pelaton.
As a PSA to all companies... please do not tell a single woman that she needs a husband to help her fix her bike. That is why she has a warranty and the outrage that someone would actually feel like that is ok is a major issue for me. Bad on Nordic Track but Best Buy was no better and as a card holder and long time customer I am really angry. BUYER BEWARE.
