We bought this as a gift for our daughter. Shipping was quick and was delivered on the date scheduled. However, the product was damaged inside from the distributor. One of the main knobs that holds up the touchscreen mechanism was bent on the frame from packing it into the box. She called NordicTrack to ask them to replace the broken part, which they did and she received it in a few days. She likes the bike but says the classes are kind of clunky right now but hopes it will improve as she uses it.

We love this bike. The only complaint is the seat. My wife is short and the seat doesn’t slide forward enough for her to be comfortable while riding.

This bike is amazing! We are loving it. The iFit app that comes with it keeps us motivated and going and the instructors are great. Very happy with purchase. When putting together the bike, I would recommend following a video as the directions are a little confusing. Takes two people.

The Nordic Track Commercial S22i studio cycle is a professional caliber exercise bike. It has built in scenarios and gps to simulate your own neighborhood. You can also use online training. The bike is built very sturdy.

Love! IFit has amazing, world class trainers and the variety is amazing. I did triathlons for several years, but now live where there are none. Best money ever spent. Bike quality is excellent and silent when riding. Switched out pedals for LOOK cleats. Great alternative when you can’t get on your bike or want to bike to new, amazing places.

Bought this bike when gyms closed due to Covid 19. Very stable construction, adjustable seat and bars. The 22" screen is great; the picture is clear and smooth. All info is on the screen and it is easy to turn it of and enjoy a full screen view. I am using the bike every day for five months now and feel much better and fitter than before It appears that it works best with older 2.4g wifi routers. It tends to interrupt the stream and show a swirly when connected to the newer wifi mesh system. It is bluetooth compatible, but the BT is off by default. It takes some tinkering to enable it. Pedals are not compatible with clips. Overall I am very happy with this purchase and would strongly recommend to anyone who would be using it on a regular basis. It is too expensive to be used as decoration.

Great stationary bike with lots of features for the price. 1 year of free iFit membership is a plus. One star off because the bike wobbles when you ride out of your seat.

Purchased a NordicTrack S22i bike with delivery and set-up included. Mechanical install went well. However, bike push button controls did not work properly. The resistance buttons were adjusting incline and incline buttons controlled resistance. Also, the increase (+) buttons caused resistance/incline to decrease. In effect everything was backwards! A NordicTrack contract tech came out but was unable to repair. He concluded the wiring in the handle bar was assembly was backwards from the factory. New handlebar was ordered. After waiting 3 weeks I called and was told the item was on backorder and would take another 5-6 weeks to receive due to Covid. Made arrangements with Best Buy to replace the bike with a new one. It will be delivered and set-up in 2 weeks. If you opt for Geek Squad set-up make sure they and you fully check functionality before signing off. Although I like the bike, I can't recommend it at this time due to the open push button control issues. The motorized incline feature is a bargain at this price point. Also the bike comes with a free 12 month iFIT membership.

We had read great reviews about this product. My advice - buy the Peloton. I ordered this May 10, 2020. I didn't receive it until July 7, 2020. Because of the pandemic we had to put it together ourselves. Not sure if it was our fault or not, but after the first ride, one of the pedals fell off. I called NordicTrack and after tons of time on hold, they said they would mail out a replacement pedal. That pedal didn't arrive until July 15. We tried to install it ourselves and it wouldn't go on. I had to call back, more hours on hold, and I was told someone had to come out to fix it. Several weeks later and several calls to the technician, the pedal was fixed on August 7. During this time the monitor was acting funny, lots of blinking lights, but eventually the home screen would appear so we could do non-bike workouts. Promptly after the pedal was put on, the monitor stopped working, except on very few occasions. It cycles through a series of colors and the home screen never comes up. A call to NordicTrack on August 17 (again after hours on hold) and they tell me they will mail out a new monitor, but don't tell me when I can expect one. Since that time, when the monitor is working, I can get a workout in. However, on August 30, the bike seat broke and is permanently tilted upward. I called on Sept 3 and they said they would send a new one out. So far, no bike seat. I called NordicTrack on Sept 7 to find out when the monitor would be in since we still hadn't received it. After some more hours on hold I was told it would be 4-6 weeks until they get them in and then 7-10 days before they arrived to me. So, a bike we bought on May 10 may be in working condition by November. When today, after I'd decided I'd had enough, I contacted Best Buy. They said it can't be returned because it's outside the window of return. Well, the window was August 5. I had only ridden the bike one time as of that date and certainly had no idea of all the problems that would continue. NordicTrack will only replace the bike if the replacement parts don't work. I'm beyond frustrated to have an unusable $2,200 machine just sitting in our basement. I will never buy anything from NordicTrack again. It will be a long time before I buy anything from Best Buy, if ever, since there was absolutely no consideration of the circumstances of this purchase or the problems I've had in trying to get it fixed.

My whole family is enjoying working out on this bike. It was pretty easy to setup and we use it practically every day.

The Nordictrack bike was an expensive purchase but I’m so thankful that I decided to buy it. I love that it comes with one free year of iFit and I’m enjoying working out at home. The delivery guys were also great and hauled it up to the second floor for me.

I really like my new S22i bike, it works very well, the work outs on Ifit will give you a really good workout. The bike is awesome. Was very easy to put together. Love it.

I was looking at this bike and the Peleton and went with this one because of the incline/decline feature and the swivel screen. I changed the pedals out for clip-in style and the bike is amazing. Still finding my groove with the classes, the ones I have done seem geared towards the beginner level. The ride series where you ride with a guide is pretty amazing. Great views. Fun and the bike changes with the terrain. I hope they add more classes. Also, the music is hit or miss - I have muted the music almost every time I have done a class because it's so annoying. I just play my own music and have the instructor volume up, it works. Overall, I would recommend the bike.

I could not be happier with this purchase both the product and the buying experience from Best Buy!!! As we all know with the COVID environment and gyms being closed everyone was looking for alternatives and buying up home fitness equipment. I researched at length the pros and cons of the Peloton vs the NordicTrack S22i and hands down the NordicTrack was the winner by a mile. Much to my dismay the wait time for delivery ordering direct from NordicTrack was long given the high volume of orders and delivery challenges due to COVID. I ordered online from Bestbuy in the morning and picked up from their local warehouse facility that same afternoon. Thank you Best Buy and Nordictrack!!! I am one happy biker chick!!!!!!!

Purchased the NordicTrack S22i after gyms shutdown due to Covid. Best purchase ever. I’ve used several times a week for the past 18 months. No regrets! I love the interactive iFit workouts. I had to switch the seat out for a more comfortable seat though.

Love this, had a slight issue when we first started it up but was able to quickly resolve via chat directions. We did purchase a pad for the seat to allow for riding without bike shorts but overall is meeting all expectations.

Yes. Love it. My wife uses this daily. Well almost daily. Screen size is a big plus.
