The bike resistance is too high or hard out of the box. Resistance goes up to 26. Too hard to pedal comfortably after resistance 2 or 4. NordicTrack has sent Tech’s 3 times and parts, but it did not fix the issue. I have had it. Best Buy is going to do an exchange for another Recumbent Bike, a Schwann 270.

Such a nice bike love the iFIT screen. So comfortable and easy to use! Great if your out of shape and want to ease into a routine. I’m glad I bought the commercial model and didn’t buy the cheap one.

I am so disappointed. To the point of having to return this hunk of junk. I was looking for a recumbent bike. I already have a Nordictrack treadmill that is amazing so I didn’t think I could go wrong. This is overpriced for what you get. There is thunking whole pedaling. The hand rests by the seat have pieces falling off - and it’s brand new. Horrible. I do NOT recommend.

Seemed great. Not too difficult to put together. Definitely helps to have two people. Left pedal unscrewed and stripped out arm after appr. 10 hours of use. Nordictrack very helpful with parts but wondering if I will be able to take it apart to replace. Resistance seems hard for numbers. Going over 10 becomes very difficult.Seat does move slightly when pedaling. Still seems extremely solid machine. I bought for half retail. Maybe Best Buy knows something I do not.

Gym quality recumbent. Quiet. Excellent construction. Comfortable. Good display and controls. Tablet holder does not quite fit a 12” iPad but not critical given the large installed display.

It's a good exercise bike, but it has some problems that I think are poor decisions on their part. Manual says to unplug the unit when not in use, wouldn't it have been better to just have it "turn off" when not in use? Poor design in my opinion. Plugged it back in, started my workout, and Lady Gaga started blaring out of the speakers. I'm 55 years old, I don't want to listen to Lady Gaga, but the only choice I had was to turn the volume all the way down. COULD NOT change the "channel" or turn off the stream. Also, VERY POOR DESIGN in my opinion. It's like they didn't even conceive of the possibility that someone wouldn't like the music they chose.

Have not been able to use yet as fan wouldn’t work upon setup. Waiting for new part to ship. Took several emails back and forth before NordicTrack finally said they would ship new part.

Bought it for my mom for Mother’s Day, hasn’t had any problems. Only after an update the resistance stopped working. I’m sure there’s a patch…

Love the bike, my husband had it together in a short time. I love the recumbent bike, it does not hurt my knees.

Better than expected. Excellent quality. I especially like the I Fit program.

Good product works well…I resented having to put it together. However, with my brothers know how we put it together.

Pleased with our purchase. While I am not sure about the 80% complete upon arrival. We did get it put together without any issues - maybe an hour +, but definitely less than 2 hours. My husband is 6'8" and this bike fits perfectly. It will actually fit an even taller person. This was our concern but it is perfect.

I just love it! They brought the equipment into our home. They set it up for us. They gave us some advice as to how to use it and make any changes that we might like for ease in using it. The men were very knowledgeable and helpful and removed all of the wrapping. We were told to call if we had any questions.

Do not purchase this bike. There is a reason that best buy is selling it for half the price it sold for a few months ago. The quality is terrible. I purchased this bike at Christmas time for my wife who is undergoing rehab for an achilles surgery. Had first bike replaced after 3 service calls and swap out of parts. Replacement bike has had the same issues. Very hard to pedal on lowest resistance even with adjustment to magneto. Too hard for my wife to even use. Seat pivots left to right as you pedal which is annoying and will certainly lead to greater mechanical issues in the future. Bike sits crooked due to misalignment of holes in floor stand and front frame. This bike was engineered very poorly is just a huge piece of junk. I totally regret the purchase, and you will too if you buy it.

Do not buy this bike. I purchased this bike for my parents and it's the biggest mistake I made. I went for the most known brand so I don't have to go thru the things I'm going thru now. First off, the warranty is a joke, they use a company called Jez Enterprise (look up their reviews) they were supposed to come out and fix the resistance on the bike but nothing, no show, no call. You'll be chasing them down for months only to find out that they won't fix anything. I do understand that out of 100 bikes 3 or more will have issues, I am ok with that, but the real question is the follow-up if something goes wrong. As they say, you'll never know how good your insurance company is until there is a problem and I have to move the blame to NordicTrack. Based on the reviews they can clearly see that this 3rd party repair company is not reliable and it def. influenced my purchase decision for my replacement bike or any other NordicTrack product (never again).
