Very pleased with the purchase, easy to set up and use

The machine is great but the directions to set up the machine are very confusing. I prefer more steps with better explanation.

Works great, you can start with just creating an iFit account but need pro subscription to use features of it.

The equipment was in good condition, it is a high quality product, I will recomen the product. The iFit membership is too expensive I am not using the iFit membership.

Honest review - not worth the price tag at all. HUGE disappointment with how much I paid for this treadmill and quite honestly feel duped by NordicTrack & iFIT for not having it CLEARLY documented on the details of this item that in order to stream services (that we already pay for) on the treadmill (that we just paid for) - you have to pay their $39/month pro membership fee. I went so far as to reach out to their customer service through two different methods to inquire if there was any alternative, discount, or option that customers have to be able to stream on the apps that are built into the treadmill but was told with scripted language that I either pay or can't access it. Period. You're telling me that this company can't even offer a lower end option for customers to just access something they already pay for?! Way to support people out there trying to better themselves by staying active. Shameful practice. If you are going to do your own workouts, I would recommend a different brand all together, otherwise I wouldn't bother with the screen on this giant paperweight we have now. At a minimum, you don't need this model if you aren't getting the subscription. There are a handful of free workouts (mediocre at best) otherwise you have to pay their fee. As far as the incline, seems to be working fine most of the time, however the 3rd time using this treadmill the incline said it was at 12% on the screen when it was only at 6% and had some sort of glitch. Speed seems fine for the belt so far, but again, save yourself the money and get something else unless you plan on paying for iFIT Pro. Find something better, I wish I had. It's not worth the hassle of a return or I would absolutely take it back.

Very good treadmill, nice workout with good inclines through the trail video feels like running. Beware of the changes if you are running fast pace! Excellent!

Overall solid build. Track is more narrow that i would like but this is a great treadmill. It was easy to assemble and lift the track to store. It’s heavy though!

Purchased the item for my husband. It's a great investment works very well and exactly what we wanted. Highly recommend this item.

I've owned this treadmill for a little over a month now, and so far, so good. Assembly was fairly straightforward with two people. I opted out of the ifit subscription, and I've used the treadmill most days just running the quick start feature.

While the product is satisfactorily made, the operational instructions left much to be desired. The biggest issue I have is the surprise incorporation of the IFit app and how it is deeply integrated into the programming without any instructions as to how you can eliminate it or bypass it from automatically upon starting the treadmill. Additionally, NordicTrack does not make it clear and upfront notify a buyer that this machine is programmed with this app that requires a monthly subscription at about $35.00 per month. Furthermore, the product registration and login process is extremely cumbersome and their website regularly returns a log in error almost without fail. We have WiFi and Bluetooth, yet the machine indicates there is no WiFi available, even though it confirmed connection when we finally were able to get through the tedious setup process. If I had know this, I could have joined Planet Fitness for $10.00 per month and foregone the headaches and the expense. I was in IT for over 20 years and never encountered a more difficult or frustrating setup of ANY electronic product.

Quality treadmill allows me to work out at any time of the day or night.
